My place is ideal for families, group of friends, adventurers, and business travelers.

The Space:
Feel the vibe as you entered the apartment you will see these two comfy guest chair with side table and lamp that patterns the sofa in the living area to enjoy your early morning chitchat or late night watching movie with your family and friends. Beside glass dining table paired with sculptured wooden chairs good for four. Kitchen has never been this impeccable as it is fully equipped kitchen with washer, stove with hood, oven, cookware, double sink, kettle, coffee machine and refrigerator is hidden in plain sight and perfectly blends with the lovely kitchen cabinets where you can prepare home cooked or ordered food meals for your loved ones. Take a sip of coffee or have a snack in the breakfast counter with two wooden chairs.

You would not want to leave these two bedrooms that have the comfiest king-sized upholstered bed. You would have the most lovely night with the hotel quality linens, mattress and pillows The bedroom has its own television, built in closet, dresser, designated working table and en suite bathrooms!

Enjoy your quality time with your loved one as you gaze the sunset or sunshine with the apartment's private balcony, complete with outdoor furniture.

For a more comfortable stay soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gels in the bathroom is provided.

Guest Access:
Full access to the gym and pool. Parking is available on request.

The Neighborhood:
JLT is a local gem. It has about 68 towers with area parks and running tracks. There are also over 540 retail outlets that you can shop in. If you do not want to move that much around Dubai, there are over 300 restaurants and cafés to choose from as over the past few years, this has been the place of new restaurants and bar openings. From a variety of leisure to recreation activities to choose from, you are definitely in the right place!

If you want to stay local, everything you need is around you—grocery, cafes, restaurants, dry cleaning, 24/7 store, and more.

If you love the beach, JBR is 10 minutes away and Kite Beach is 15 minutes away all by taxi.

For shopping, the main malls are close by. Marina Mall is across the road and Mall of the Emirates and Ibn Battuta Mall are all within 15 minutes from JLT.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Uber and Careem are options for booking a taxi if you want to easily travel around Dubai.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop where JLT 2 bus goes around JLT if you simply want to roam within the area. The DMCC metro station is only a 4-minute walk. The Dubai metro system can get you from one end to another of the Emirate.

Restaurants and cafes are accessible on foot. Carrefour Market is a few minutes away.

The fastest and easiest way from DXB airport is by taxi (30 minutes). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
