Newly designed vacation home near Lake Michigan and local beaches

Everyone will find the perfect space to relax in the fully updated vacation home located in quiet neighborhood just over one mile from Tunnel Park and Lake Michigan access. Over 3000 square feet of open living space with three floors of bedroom retreats and adorable custom kids bunkroom with playhouse. Main floor offers multiple living spaces, sunny sitting room, open dining area and cooks kitchen with stainless appliances. Main floor king bedroom has vaulted ceiling and extra windows to let in plenty of sun. Full bath with shower located on main floor as well. Upper level master has king bed, sliders opening to private deck and beautiful full bath with custom walk in shower. Two more bedrooms with queen beds complete this floor and share an additional full bath. The lower level is a kids dream - they won't want to leave the custom playhouse, dual bunk beds and family room with flat screen TV. There is an additional queen bedroom on this level.

Want to take a break from the beach? No worries with the amazing outdoor space - Beautiful screened in gazebo, play structure, fire pit, custom landscaping and patio with gas grill and dining space create a perfect oasis for every member of the family!

Enjoy dining and shopping at Award winning downtown Holland. Rent bikes and travel the miles of bike paths leading to Lake Macatawa and Holland State Park. Paddleboard and Kayak rental available as well.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
-100% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT

This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services. All BVW Unsalted Vacations rentals follow local and state tax rules. Your reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Damage Protection policy.

Highly recommend
This property was well-maintained and offered amenities perfect for our family group which included 8 adults and three children - ages 4, 2, and 8 months. We loved the fact that beaches, and hiking paths were nearby and easily accessible. The local shops were interesting and restaurant opportunities plentiful. We will definitely return.

Great Holland Memories
This rental was fabulous! It was clean and spacious! The playroom for the kids downstairs was wonderful. The yard was fun for outdoor activities. The neighborhood is peaceful and the location is close to parks, the beach, and of course great biking! We had so much fun, even with tons of rain.

Great place near Lake Michigan and Lake Macatawa!
Conveniently located near Lake Michigan and Holland state park, this place offers everything you can ask for your holidays in western Michigan. Place was immaculately clean and well stocked with everything you need. We were a group of 15 and plenty of space for everyone. Property manager was helpful when we had questions. Place is very close to Lake Michigan and Ottawa beach (can walk or run) and also close to some beautiful trails in the Holland state park. You can also hit sand dunes if drive up north for an hour or so. Everyone in the group had a fun time. Overall fantastic app xperience!

Exceeded Expectations
We stayed at this home for a week with my family (8 adults and 2 little kids) and the house was absolutely amazing! Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and living space for everyone to hang out and relax in. The kitchen was beautiful and big enough for us to cook family dinners in. We even had a private chef come cook dinner one night for my mom’s 60th birthday and she had plenty of space to prep and cook. The outside area (patio, lawn, fire pit and gazebo) was one of favorite things about the house and we spent lots of time out there. However, the neighbors are very close, so the 10pm quiet time is strictly enforced. Totally understandable but for us this was a downside because we like to be outside and in the gazebo and were only able to do this one evening. Something to be aware of is the sprinkles come on every other day and spray in weird places throughout the yard. It happened around 430ish so once we figured out the schedule we made sure not to be outside. We did have an issue with the tv in the family room not connecting to the WiFi so we were unable to stream anything or watch tv upstairs. There was a downstairs tv that worked and was good for the kids. The basement is perfect for a family with kids. Had a family room, 4 bunk beds, a queen bedroom, playhouse and a huge bathroom (bathroom not shown in pics). The location was perfect. Very close to Holland State Park beach and Tunnel Park Beach and lots of great walking/biking trails. One note about the garbage is that it is only picked up once a week on Wednesdays, so since our trip was Saturday-Saturday, the garbage bins were already filled when we arrived and then piled up until it was picked up. Besides for the few negatives I mentioned above, we loved the house and it was perfect for our family. We would definitely come back to Holland and stay at this house!

Best vacation home ever!
Beautiful, comfortable and wonderful. The backyard area was perfect for early morning coffee and dinner. Children lived the playground and the open space for ball games. Kitchen was perfect for family cooking. We LOVED this home.
