Nestled in a quiet neighborhood 4 blocks from Main St., Almost on Main is the perfect place to entertain your group or walk to Main St. to enjoy all it has to offer. The house is charmingly decorated and spacious with four bedrooms, three of them with King size beds. The large living room offers a comfy sectional situated for viewing the large flat screen TV or overlook the fabulous backyard entertainment area. The nicely shaded back yard offers a great entertaining area to enjoy time with friends and family.

LOCATION – 4 blocks north of Main Street
HOSTS – Home to Yourselves
SLEEPS – Up to 8 people; three king bedrooms & one Queen bedroom
BATH – 2 full baths; one en suite bath with a walk-in shower & a claw foot tub. A second bath has a shower/tub combo
KITCHEN – Fully equipped kitchen with a wine fridge & a Keurig coffee maker
BREAKFAST – No breakfast provided
AMENITIES – 65” smart TV & 3 32” TVs, WiFi, front porch with seating, fenced backyard with turf grass, outdoor seating, out door TV, wood burning firepit, putting green, gas grill & dog friendly dog door

The home is pet friendly and will accept up to 2 dogs but there is a pet fee of $27/dog/night (before tax). Due to the fact that HomeAway/VRBO does not allow us to charge for more than one dog at the time of booking, please let us know if you will be bringing more than one dog, so that we can make sure that you are charged the correct amount. If you bring more than one dog and do not let us know, you will be charged accordingly. Furthermore, please bring crates for your dogs and crate them in your absence from the house, do not allow the dogs on furniture or beds, and pick up and properly dispose of their waste. If these rules are not followed, there will be an additional $200 charge added to your reservation.

- The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.
- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
- Place all trash in designated containers.

Friends get away
The house was cute and in a great location. When we arrived the trash bin was overflowing. We immediately contacted management and they said due to eclipse on Monday - they were behind. It was Thursday. The house was not very clean. In master bathroom there was a floss pick in the rug and glass on floor by the shower. That tells me it wasn’t swept or cleaned before arrival. The middle king sheets were all balled up and comforter was dirty. The blankets they had to use had stains and sticky sections on them. They had not been washed in some time. The guest bathroom rugs were so dirty - they had to be washed to actually feel better when we stepped out of shower. The guest shower was so slick, we had numerous slips. On the last day a friend slipped getting out and hurt themselves pretty bad due to it being so slippery. There was a bathmat, but it was disgusting. The outside grill had to be cleaned and scrubbed before using, it had not been cleaned in many uses. The umbrella didn’t have a stand so it didn’t sit right and the outdoor furniture was wet and dirty. Overall, the house is cute and in a great location. It has tons of possibilities. There was just a high ick factor not feeling like house was properly cleaned before new guests arrived. We managed to have a great time, just wish we didn’t have to spend our time cleaning and washing on our vacation.

Nice clean cozy home minor issues
The house is very nice, spacious and well decorated. It was just myself with my wife in this 4 bedroom yet, really glad there were extra befrooms since the master bedroom mattress is way too soft and sunk in hurting my and my wife's back so we had to sleep in smaller guest bedroom the entire time. The couches are shot as well and need replaced since they have no support whatsoever, which made them very uncomfortable. The backyard is nice but many of the porch light bulbs are out and needed rereplacing. The TV remotes (2 of them of for each TV) were not all workingso I had to change out batteries of one's not needed to get them to work then jack around with all sorts of buttons and Roku TV updates, etc to just watch TV. Luckily I'm good with this type of stuff but could see many (including my wife) simply giving up. Feel owners should provide instructions for use as livingroom TV set up is totally different than other TVs in rooms...the TV remotes are Phillips while the TVs are Samsung so very weird no Samung remotes to match the TVs. Overall we enjoyed our stay and again a nice updated home. Also, the home has many step up/step downs throughout so would not recommend for elderly just due to safety reasons (I even missed some step a couple times). Outback is nice but I had to run an update to the TV as well since would not work until this was completed. All things you'd expect set up and running at check in for this nightly rate but again we loved the home overall.
