Downstairs features an open plan living and dining, that opens up to the outdoor alfresco entertaining and resort-style pool area. The house has a private setting and is light filled. A grassy level green lawn adjoins the pool area.
Separate toilet and laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
Downstairs are the master bedroom with ensuite and study aka second bedroom with single bed.
Upstairs has a mezzanine with second lounge and TV area, followed by 3x bedrooms down the hallway and main bathroom.

THE AREA
You cannot get any closer to the beach than this, it is such a luxury to just stroll across the road and be able to see dolphins riding waves and humpback whales migrating in season from May to November. Port Macquarie is all about outdoor living, beach, hiking, bush tracks, wild flowers, mountain biking, winery tours. You name it, we got it. Many uncrowded beautiful beaches and bays. The house is located on the Port Macquarie coastal walk between Town Beach and Lighthouse Beach.

Double garage with internal access to the house, driveway parking and free street parking. Plenty of room for boats.

PET FRIENDLY ON REQUEST
Pets on request, pre-approval required from the property manager, suitable for small to medium size dogs. Please chat to us about your needs and inform us about the breed and age of your pet as courtesy to the property owners.

IMPORTANT
To keep our neighbours happy, the property has a no-party policy and is not suitable to young adult groups, schoolies, student groups, hens, bucks, loud large adult groups.
