Located on the first floor, with stunning uninterrupted water views, Unit 8 boasts three generous bedrooms. The master bedroom has stunning water views, television, large ensuite with corner spa bath, toilet, and separate vanity area plus direct access to the balcony to allow the natural sea breeze to flow through. The second and third bedrooms have capacity for two people in each.

The open plan living dining area has a Smart TV and unlimited WiFi, and opens out onto the alfresco dining area where you can sit back, relax, and take in the stunning views.

There is a second living area with a TV: a perfect place for the kids to enjoy their own space.

The property provides a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, dishwasher,fridge, microwave, coffee machine and large bench space to prepare meals. There is a BBQ on the balcony.

The main bathroom has a bath, shower, vanity and separate toilet and the property provides an internal laundry with top loader washing machine, dryer, and single secure undercover parking. A lift will take you straight from the parking garage to your floor.
