This enchanting 1925 building, a parking lot, and a verdant event space, has undergone a lavish transformation, emerging as the crowning jewel of 8th Ave – the smallest beach downtown in America!
As you step into your suite, you'll be greeted by brand-new furnishings that were meticulously curated. Freshly painted walls exude a pristine charm, while our resplendent Miami Dade pine hardwood floors have been lovingly sanded, buffed, and polished to unveil their original splendor. Smart flat-screen TVs grace the rooms, equipped with Hulu for your evening or rainy-day entertainment. In our kitchenettes, you'll find retro mini-fridges or full refrigerators, stoves, ovens, Keurig coffee makers, toasters, blenders, and a complete array of kitchenware, catering to both short- and long-term stays.
A decadent tapestry of ten luxurious suites awaits, beckoning to host a total of 24 fortunate guests. Half of these splendid abodes, Suites 1 through 6 and the sumptuous Suite 702, are perched on the lofty second floor, accessible via a majestic ascent up the staircase. These regal havens, Suites 1 through 6, bestow the royal touch with king-sized beds, promising nights of opulent slumber. On this upper level, Suite 702 extends its gracious hospitality with a king bed and a queen blow-up mattress, an experience as grand as the royal chamber itself. Meanwhile, on the ground floor, Suites 7 through 9 offer the allure of convenience. Suite 7 and Suite 9 embrace their guests in the soft caress of queen-sized beds, while Suite 8 invites four souls to luxuriate in its lavish quarters, furnished with a queen bed and an inviting pull-out sleeper sofa. Each suite is a unique sanctuary, an invitation to embrace luxury in all its splendor.
But the centerpiece of our property is the sprawling main green event space, adorned with majestic royal palms that provide cooling shade to lounging areas equipped with Adirondack chairs and picnic tables. Large umbrellas offer further respite, making it the ideal setting for relaxation, whether you seek refuge from the summer sun or embrace it year-round. Please note that the Main Green Event Space might occasionally be reserved for private events, rendering it temporarily unavailable.
With one parking spot provided per unit and complimentary Wi-Fi, your comfort and convenience are our utmost priorities. Most of our units comfortably accommodate two adults, except for unit 8, which generously sleeps four.
For your peace of mind, we regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate pets. A signed contract and a valid ID are requisite for check-in, and for your safety, exterior cameras and shared hallway cameras diligently record audio and video 24/7. Please be mindful that climbing stairs may be necessary to access certain areas of the property.
Starting February 1, we're breaking ground on a new heated pool to elevate your stay with us. This addition reflects our ongoing commitment to providing top-notch amenities and a comfortable vacation experience. While we aim to complete the project by March 31, please note that dates may change due to external factors like weather conditions. We're dedicated to a high-quality construction process, and adjustments to the timeline may be necessary to address any unforeseen challenges. Units 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and the washer and dryer occupy the second floor, requiring stairs for access. Units 6, 7, 8, and 9 reside on the ground level. Please be aware that none of our suites are ADA compliant, as the building is a cherished relic from 1925, steeped in historical significance in Pass-a-Grille, Florida.
