I-10: n keskeinen sijainti New Orleansin Louis Armstrongin kansainvälisen lentokentän ja New Orleansin keskustan välillä. Sijaitsee 5-10 mailin päässä lähes kaikista tärkeimmistä New Orleansin nähtävyyksistä, kuten SuperDome, ranskalainen kortteli, Mardi Gras -aktiviteetit, Musiikki aukiolla, Harrah's Casino, Treasure Chest Casino, akvaario, hyönteismyynti, Audubonin eläintarha ja puisto, kaupunginpuisto, MSY-lentokenttä. 2-3 korttelin päässä Metairie-aktiviteetteista, mukaan lukien Mardi Gras Parades, Irlannin ja Italian paraati, Lakefront Levee ja Bike Path, 1 kilometrin päässä Lakeside Mall -ostoskeskuksesta. 45 minuuttia kasinoille Mississippi-lahden rannikolla ja rannalla.

Quiet neighborhood, easy access to NOLA

We had a wonderful stay. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, easy access to local roads and interstate. House was lovely, perfect size yard for our dog to enjoy. Internet access was reliable with enough speed and bandwidth for both of us to WFH. Lisa was always available and checked in on us a few times.

Wonderful House Wonderful Location

This house was perfect for a month stay this spring. The beds were comfy, yard was lovely, kitchen huge and modern, plenty of parking, lots of good food in the neighborhood, and downtown was only a 10-15 minute drive away. The host checked in several times to see if we needed anything. No complaints. Hope to stay there again someday.

Quiet and Comfortable

The property is immaculately clean and in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. It is walking distance from Lake Ponchartrain with a dog park near by, close to two drug stores and a modest walk to a grocery store. I had no problem with any of the amenities in the house.

Simply Amazing

I want to start off by saying the pictures does this home no justice. It’s even better in person. My family and I loved everything about this house and how we all felt at home. The accomadations are beyond the expectations. Lisa is so awesome, she responds very quickly to even the smallest thing. It’s not far from the attractions it took us about 10-15min to get bourbon st. I can’t stop bragging about Lisa and her home. Please book with her you won’t regret it. We honestly don’t have one negative thing to say.

Clean and spacious house.

Had a great time staying in this house for a golf trip. The house is close to the airport and also 15 minute uber from downtown. There is plenty of parking which is a plus anywhere in New Orleans. The refinished kitchen and dinning room allow for large family style meals during your stay. This features a huge island with bar stools which was great for breakfast and lunch. The new appliances make it easy to cook as well as a very large refrigerator/freezer allow for plenty of room to store food and drinks. We also enjoyed the pool table, air hockey and foosball table in the back garage (not pictured). Overall great experience and great hospitality from Lisa. The enclosed patio with a big sliding door was also a great place to relax when weather is nice. Would recommend to large families or large vacation groups.

Great stay, great location, very nice kitchen

My sister's family of 4 and my family of 4 rented this and it was wonderful. The location is great, area is quiet and the owner was very helpful and responsive to any questions. We walked in the neighborhood and felt completely safe. The kitchen is redone, huge and all new. It was fully stocked with pans, pots, utensils, etc. In the detached garage there were foosball, air hockey and pool tables. The house was as shown on the website and we were very pleased. My sister mentioned it might be nice to have a few extra towel rods. In the upstairs bedroom, there is a decent amount of light that comes in the morning-but it does not bother my husband and I wear a sleep mask-so that was not an issue-just mentioning it if anyone is sensitive. But really-we loved it and would stay here again if we all come back.

This house was perfect solution for me and my family. We stayed here 3 months while our new home was being built. It was very convenient to everything, neighborhood was very safe. The property is a very nice size has lots of room for large family. The owner Lisa was super helpful and very lovely to deal with. She always responded to anything we needed very quickly!

Home Away from Home

Nicely remodeled home, with all the amenities of a large Kitchen, home office, Back yard, grill, nice TV’s, etc. Very close to Bucktown, quiet neighborhood, and short drive to FQ. Lisa is incredibly responsive.

Fantastic Home - Set-up & Owner

My family has been renting houses in Metairie for several years when we travel in for Thanksgiving. This was the best house we have found yet. The location is great - close to highway for easy access to other areas of town, nearby grocery/convenience store, neighborhood feel so great for a walk outside. The inside is great with a large updated kitchen and family area, great sunroom and playroom/garage. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful for any questions or needs.

The size of the home is deceiving, it was a lot larger than I expected. Everything was a 10!

Enough space for the 8 NOLA visitors

The location was awesome. It was not directly on bourbon street but a short uber ride got us everywhere we needed to go. We had 8 people in the group, one of them being an infant. The bedrooms were spacious enough, having enough space for a playpen. There was a plumbing issue in the upstairs bathroom which is easily fixable. The enclosed sun room was delightful, another area outside of the living room where we could relax as a group. Over all good time.

Very pleasant neighborhood, very large kitchen area, master bedroom wonderful as well as all the other rooms were, very spacious. Large patio, large yard, just a wonderful home. In a very nice area close to many restaurant and stores. Not to far from downtown and other areas of the city. Lisa was very helpful and was easy to get in contact with if needed. Great New Orleans Stay

What a wonderful house and Owner ( Lisa) was great to work with. Beautiful inside, easy with two children 5 and 9, everything we needed was there. There was 8 of us and we had so much room to move around in, and the kitchen is a joy to work in. I can't say enough of the house. we have a lot of family in Metairie and when they came to visit us they were just amazed how comfortable the house was. Will definitely rent again and again!

This house has all the amenities you could want and is fully furnished with everything you should need for a great experience. The location is super easy to get to and out to any locations in the city.

Very quiet neighborhood and close to Lake Levee to take walks and/or ride bikes on the bike path. Easy location to get in and out of. Great for 1 guest or up to 10. The location is close to any New Orleans City Venue and super easy to get in and off of the interstate. My house has practically everything you would need for a great stay in our great city.
