Kylä Beach B918, ensimmäisen kerroksen yksikkö, on ensiluokkainen asuu Texas Gulf Coast - Tule yöpymään ja nauttia yksi ylellinen Village by Beach vuokra-ominaisuuksia. Olitpa sitten viikonloppumatka tai viikonloppu, rakastat tämän perhe-ensiluokkaisen mukavuuden mukavuutta ja viihtyisyyttä. INTERIOR
Tämä tilava yksi makuuhuone on rivin yläreunassa, kustannuksia ei säästetty varastosta tai koristamisesta. Rakastat tämän kauniin kiinteistön tarjoamaa rauhoittavaa rannikon tunnelmaa. Keittiö on hyvin varustettu kaikella, mitä tarvitset hyvän aterian valmistamiseksi. Keittiö on avoinna ruokailu- ja olohuoneelle, joka tekee siitä erinomaisen viihdyttävän perhettä ja ystäviä. Olohuoneessa on queen-size-vuodesohva, ja matkalla makuuhuoneeseen löydät kahden hengen kerrossängyt kahdelle ylimääräiselle asiakkaalle nukkumaan. Makuuhuoneessa on mukava king-size-vuode, joka tuo tämän yksikön kokonaiskäyttöön kuusi vierasta.
Tämä kaunis yksi makuuhuone on myös aivan toisen Padre Escapesin hallinnoiman yksikön vieressä, ja se voidaan varata yhdessä.

Loved your place! Drains in bathroom sink and tub run very slow and it would be nice to have some big mirrors in the living room area so people can get ready for the day oitside of the bathroom. Thanks!

The bed itself was comfortable, but the springs on the older bed frame squeaked horribly if you moved in the bed. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would book it again if we want to bring the dogs with us.

Fantastic unit!

My family and I had a wonderful weeks stay at this awesome little unit! I was slightly hesitant about a family of 4 in a 1 bedroom unit for a week but was extremely pleased with the size and layout of this place. Very close to the beach and the pools were absolutely awesome on days when the beach wasn’t an option. CONS: the ONLY reason I would not stay here again would be the master bed. While the mattress itself was pretty comfortable, the bed frame and headboard were TERRIBLY SQUEAKY! ANY kind of movement in this bed would make the squeak happen, even simply rolling over in your sleep!

Another Great Experience using Padre Escapes

My wife and I cannot praise the Padre Escapes team enough. Everyone is helpful and courteous. I definitely want to recognize CJ and the maintenance team. We stay 3-5 months at a time, and sometimes encounter appliance breakdowns. CJ engages the right resources needed to fix the problem quickly! Very very great service and effort!!

This place needed a really good cleaning, not just a wipe down but a cleaning. The bathroom constantly smelled of stinky urine and no matter what I did I couldn’t get it out. The washing machine was filthy. Full of sand and black grime it was repulsive. The dishes and the stand for them were also filthy. The sofa bed, well we shouldn’t even call it a bed, was more like a torture device. There’s a huge dip in it making it practically unusable. Unfortunately for my daughter that was her bed. After our first night I regretted booking two other night we were ready to go home. Do not recommend to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hi - This is a horrible place to stay. I was supposed to come Thursday (July 23) and stay through Sunday (July 26). But I called on Wednesday (July 22) to cancel because of this bad hurricane/storm that was coming. I know it wasn’t 72 hours in advance but I wasn’t sure how bad the storm was going to be until the last minute and I cancelled for me and my daughter’s safety. What disappoints me is that you won’t give me a full refund or even half of a refund back for these types of circumstances. I will never stay at your location or recommend this to anyone again. Shame on you for “punishing” me when I was thinking of our safety.

Great location

Loved the location. Great size for the three of us. We weren't bumping into each other. The main bed is kinda hard and the ice/water dispenser in the fridge was dirty. Other than that, the space was beautiful! We would definitely stay again.

Condo by the beach

My family and I visited for July 4 holiday, we had the best time. The condo was clean, organized and fully stocked. We had no problems whatsoever. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer to be able to come home with clean clothes. And the convenience of being right by the beach was really nice. The pool area was so fun, my family and I enjoyed swimming at night. they even have a playground. We will definitely come back next year. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation.

The townhouse was perfect, our grandsons loved the bunk beds, the pool area, and the playground. The Padre Escapes team are fantastic to work with. Excellent weekend get-away

The unit we stayed in was accurately portrayed in the listing and great piece was the acceptance of pets. The only "downside" was the cleanliness of the pool water, which is expected due to the number of units to use the available pools. Otherwise, it was a great weekend getaway unit. Property managers did provide "starter" laundry and kitchen supplies, which is always a bonus.
