SIJAINTI, SIJAINTI, SIJAINTI ... toisin kuin useimmissa Arrowhead-järven koteissa, tämä hämmästyttävä järvenrantapaikka on länteen ja saa täyden aurinkoisen päivän hämärään, kun kaunis auringonlasku lepää Blue Ridge -vuorten juurella. Nauti parasta, mitä Atlanta tarjoaa, kun etsit Pohjois-Georgian vuorten ihmeitä.

Vuokratavissa on kätevästi telakoitu ponttoni talossa 195 dollaria / päivä tai 1200 dollaria / viikko. Ilmoita kiinteistövälittäjälle Cabrinalle haluamastasi vuokrata ponttoni. Et vuokraa ponttonia vrbon kautta. Kun saavut, Cabrina antaa sinun allekirjoittaa sopimuksen ja vastaanottaa maksun sekillä tai maksumääräyksellä.

LakePoint sijaitsee kätevästi aivan I-75, Exit 283: n vieressä, Emerson, GA.

Lake Arrowhead Yacht and Country Club on yksityinen, aidatulla alueella 24 tunnin vartiointi, joka sijaitsee Pohjois-Georgian vuoristossa ja vain 55 minuutin päässä Atlantan keskustasta. Arrowhead-järvi on Georgian suurin, ihmisen tekemä, yksityisomistuksessa oleva järvi. Järven pinta-ala on noin 540 hehtaaria, veden syvyys 80–100 jalkaa. Kala sisältää bassoa, latvia ja monni. Retkeilyreitit, leikkipaikka, piknik-alue, tennis ja 2 uima-allasta ovat käytettävissäsi.

Tässä kauniissa kodissa on 5 makuuhuonetta (1 on parvi 3. kerroksessa). Makuuhuoneessa on kuningas. Muissa neljässä makuuhuoneessa on 2 kuningatara ja 2 täyspatjaa. Kodissa on 3 täyttä kylpyä. Liinavaatteet tarjotaan. Jokaisessa kylpyhuoneessa on kuivausrumpu. Täysin varusteltu keittiö on varustettu uusilla kodinkoneilla, kahvinkeittimellä, mikroaaltouunilla ja jätteenkäsittelyllä. Langaton Internet kannettavalle tietokoneellesi sekä uudet taulutelevisiot, joissa on videonauhuri ja DVD, ovat saatavana olohuoneessa, olohuoneessa ja makuuhuoneessa. Nauti märkä baari rec-huoneessa ja kannella yli etsivät järvelle ja vuorille.

Syksyllä ja talvella voit rakentaa tulipalon kivitakkaan. Kesäkuukausina voit uida heti laiturilta, joka on vain askeleen takaovesta, ja paista vaahtokarkkeja laiturista palokaukossa. UUSI 7 miehen kylpytynnyri, josta on näkymät järvelle ja juurelle, tekevät vierailusta järvessä ympäri vuoden!

Niille teistä, jotka nauttivat luonnosta, vierailevat päivittäin meidän asukkaat, Humming Birds, Simpukka-ankat, Kingfishers, Kanadan hanhet ja runsaat kilpikonnat! Hirviä voi nähdä koko metsässä.

2 cars can park at house. The rest can park at clubhouse. No mailbox at house. Deliveries get sent to mail lockers. Which can’t be accessed by guests.

Perfect for Families!

We loved this house! It was perfect for 2 families with 2 children each. The house was just as advertised- cozy, beautiful view, and awesome decks! This lake is GORGEOUS. We rented the boat for 2 days and we loved it! So relaxing and such an easy vacation!

Great Home With Lot's of Water Activities

We really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable beds and areas to relax and just hang out. Everyone had a bedroom, bathroom and quiet place to read or watch TV. Hot tub was awesome, very spacious and relaxing after daily activities. Our favorite thing to do was get out on the lake on the Hydro-Bikes. House was located in a very beautiful setting in gated community, quiet and secure. Would highly recommend this property to others planning a trip in North Georgia.

Little slice of heaven

We spent four days on Lake Arrowhead, and we couldn't have had a better time. The tennis courts were first class and the lake was perfect. Being a private lake, most days there might have been two or three other boats on the lake. It seemed at most times as if we were the only ones there. We relaxed, de-stressed and enjoyed the children.

If you're step challenged (3 flights), then it might be a problem. The kids and grand kids loved the trampoline, paddle board, and bikes. Fishing was good. The pontoon boat needs to be replaced. The jacuzzi and fire pit were wonderful.

Family vacation

Everything was as stated in the listing and comfortable. As others mentioned some things need to be updated but state of the art was not our priority. Always had room on the pickle ball court, plenty of fish right off the dock, quiet lake great for paddle boarding/kayaking or swim. We found two different rope swings for the adventurous. If planning on doing a lot of cooking the kitchen is small, has most everything you need…but bring Tupperware for storing left overs. We had a few hiccups with the ac and a water leak and the host was very attentive.

Great Family Vacation!!

We had such a relaxing wonderful vacation here! The setting was beautiful and the house felt very comfortable and cozy. The dock area and the hot tub were our favorites. There was plenty of room for everyone. Cabrina, the property manager, was phenomenal!!! There were just a few minor issues, and Cabrina took care of them without hesitation. Since the lake is private, we felt like we had the whole lake to ourselves. The water was so clean. The kids especially loved tubing behind the pontoon boat, every picture I have them tubing oh, they have huge smiles on their faces. Would definitely consider going there again!

I have booked dozens of VRBO property’s. I have had all good experiences. None have had the attention to detail like this one. Every imaginable need was thought of. Every possible comfort was extended. I credit the property manager Cabrina for such a wonderful experience. Additionally I did not see a house on the lake that offered more to do. Great Place for Family Time

We had a wonderful time at this property! Although it seemed a bit less spacious than shown in the photos, we loved having the two separate living spaces, as one member had to wfh a couple of early mornings. We spent almost all of our time outside, even during the rain! We used all of the different lake toys and enjoyed them all. Bonfires (when weather permitted) and hot tubbing no matter what! We loved being able to grill dinner each night. We never even wanted to leave to use the pools! Lunch at Garland Mountain Grill was delicious with a beautiful view. Amber was very responsive before, during, and after the trip. Thanks for a great week!

We are now a lake family!

After over 20 years of beach vacations, our family, ages 67 down to 6, decided to get out of our comfort zone and try our first Lake Vacation. We are so glad we chose this wonderful home on this beautiful lake to give it a go. Cabrina, the best property manager we’ve ever met, made our adjustment to these new surroundings (lake and boat rules and etiquette) easy, and we proceeded with confidence. Our new experiences with tubing, kayaking, and a few successful paddle board excursions, made us feel like true lake experts. On the expansive dock, we made a fire in the fire pit at each of the sunsets (which were beautiful), and made gooey delicious s’mores. We had an ongoing fishing contest which I am happy to say that I, the grandma, won! We all decided that grilling out on the grill every night was better than going out to eat. The kids, who had never been in lake water before, did not once ask to go the two nice pools, which are available to renters. The location of this home is on a quiet cove which was perfect for the kids and adults to play in the water. The lake itself was pretty quiet, which was great for newbies. The tennis players in our group did enjoy early morning matches at the courts. All of us agree that this has been one of our favorite vacations, and hope to return to this hidden gem one day. Thanks, Cabrina for all your help!!

We've converted to lake people, no longer beach people.

For many years we've loved traveling to the Florida beaches and hoped to have a vacation place there some day. Well, that's no longer the case. We didn't miss the sand in our swimsuits, the shared beaches or long drive one bit. We loved this lake house! We stayed with another family for a total of 10 guests (4 adults and 6 kids) and didn't feel crowded at all. We didn't realize you could spend 6+ hours a day in a lake, day after day, and not get tired of it. We all enjoyed the abundance of water amenities. You'd think the kids would start fighting over who got to play with what but there were so many different things to play on and with that you almost didn't have time to do everything you would want. The only problem with this vacation was that we didn't stay longer. We enjoyed the house and liked that it had two separate living rooms. The kids could enjoy TV and games downstairs while the adults could do the same upstairs. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortably fit a port-a-crib with plenty of room for luggage and toys. We also loved sitting out on the deck and grilling. It's a beautiful, peaceful view and very relaxing. It was fun to watch the kids play, people fish, see who could spot some turtles and even see a few ducks. We were very comfortable in this home. Canoe or hydrobike races, anyone? How about the water trampoline complete with launcher? Or cruising around the lake each day and evening tubing, swimming, skiing. Writing this review makes me want to go back right now. Thank you for a wonderful vacation for our family.

WOW! Love, love, love!

I can't express what a fabulous time we had at A "Peace" of Paradise! Judy couldn't have been more attentive and quick to respond to any and all our questions. After a long day of travel, we were thrilled to enter the house (smelled great, btw) and see the curtains wide open with an amazing view of this deep water lake, only to be even more surprised by an fabulous welcome basket that the kids just loved! The house is perfect for a family retreat. A great loft with a reading nook is on the third floor with nice size bedrooms and baths on the other two floors. The kitchen is loaded with everything you could hope for: serving dishes, platters, crock pots, electric skillet, mixers etc... we grilled every night! Spring time at the lake was magical, with great weather. The kids used every water toy imaginable. They would hop from the water bikes, to the new paddle boat to the kayaks. We even dared them to try the paddle board and they didn't fall in. The hammock and swings are nice for relaxing and the fire pit at night is the best. Their view faces west, so you get the long day of sun and a beautiful sunset over the foothills. And I didn't even mention the pontoon!! We just needed more time! I'd highly recommend renting the pontoon. It's parked at their dock and so nice to have at your disposal. The marina rental for a pontoon is easily twice as much and not as convenient. And the house is loaded with great DVD's and old VHS tapes that we chose for movie night, every night. It was a sad day when we told the kids that we had to leave. They called it their " best Vacay ever". We plan to come back next year and hope to be like the family in their guest book that is celebrating their 10th year staying at A "Peace" of Paradise! Don't delay.... you won't regret it!!

Summer Vacation

We were amazed with all the homes built on slopes and the crazy steep winding roads were a blast to drive. The house had plenty of decks to hang out on with a good BBQ and nice spa. We rented the house boat which ran great though we were a little disappointed in the cleanliness of it and the steering was poor. The kitchen was well stocked and all appliances worked fine. You will get a very good work out walking all the steps you have to climb. It was a great experience overall and have no regrets with our choice.

Great for kids

Pontoon, kayaks, canoe, hot tub, dock, trampoline etc... was great for us and teenage kids.

We provide many water toys:

~Two hydro bikes

~A canoe.
~A NEW 7-man Hot tub is now available overlooking the lake and the foothills. All those toys are included in the price of the rental.

~If you want to boat on the lake, you can RENT THE PONTOON FOR $995/WEEK OR $250/2+ consecutive Days or $300 for 1 day. IT WILL BE AVAILABLE TO YOU AND CONVENIENTLY DOCKED AT OUR HOUSE DURING YOUR PONTOON RENTAL PERIOD.
Some rentals at the lake, share a pontoon and make access and availability inconvenient. Just let us know that you are interested in renting the pontoon and when you arrive you can fill out the contract and pay with a check or cash. No credit cards can be accepted for the pontoon rental unless you pay through VRBO which you can request.
~Great Fishing: we have some of the biggest bass living right under our dock!
