Enjoying an elevated position to capture brilliant beach scenes, Palm Vista offers contemporary comfort just a two-minute stroll from the beach!

Set across two levels to ensure space and privacy, the open-plan living includes a coastal yet modern vibe to complement your island holiday. Stay cosy indoors and admire the serene vistas from the comfort of the sofa, or make the most of the seamless outdoor flow for fresh air and sunshine on the deck. Kick back on the outdoor sofas with your morning coffee and soak up the scenery!

Two outdoor living spaces lend themselves well to alfresco summers, with a deck off each level with a BBQ, dining table (giving the children somewhere different if desired) and outdoor sofas where your group can gather and plan the next day's adventure.

The modern kitchen includes a small breakfast bar area for lazy holiday brunches, while the separate TV room downstairs offers just the spot for a movie night.

Each of the bedrooms is comfortably furnished, with sea views and deck access from the master bedroom - perfect for breakfast in bed, or simply hunker down with a good book!

When you are not admiring the view there is plenty to see and do nearby. You are just moments from Palm Beach with safe swimming, plus a playground and BBQ. It's just a 5-minute walk to the local dairy and the Arcadia cafe/restaurant, a 5-minute drive to the markets at Ostend, and another couple of minutes to wineries at Stoneyridge/Te Motu. In the other direction, you can visit Oneroa Beach and the village with its selection of cafes and restaurants.

Please be advised there are quite a few stairs leading to the house and therefore not suitable for guests with limited mobility.Please note that there will be a car parked in the driveway so will limit off-street parking to a small car. The parked car is not for guest use.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. One of our team members will contact you if this is required for your booking.

Very Run Down! Don't Stay Here!
The propery description gives the impression of a spacious and luxurious getaway home (with pricing to match). What we got was a place that was about 100m above the nearest parking with a very steep climb (not helped by owner's car parked in the only parking space), a damp smelling, mouldy and run down house which has not been looked after at all. The barbeque is broken, the outdoor furniture is rotten and dangerous, there is rubbish out the back and there are obvious signs of leaks inside, with paint peeling off the cracked ceiling upstairs and black mould on the ceiling and walls downstairs. Not to mention ripped curtains and spiders everywhere. Also there is no WiFi! This place is an absolute joke, has not been looked after at all and for the price you could stay at the Park Hyatt in Auckland. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be sorely disappointed.

Not a stay we will repeat
Access to the property is hindered by the (owners) car that is parked in the driveway, making it not only difficult to park our own vehicle but also difficult to maneuver our suitcases up the landing to the stairs. Our first disappointment was when we discovered that WIFI did not exist, despite it being advertised for the property. This was particularly annoying for overseas guests that were then charged for their internet usage. A meagre reimbursement from the owner was hardly compensation for the inconvenience. The property was not properly clean on our arrival. The floor was so dirty we wore shoes inside the whole time, as the floor was sticky and dirty. The BBQ is missing a caster and is propped up on a couple of bricks which is really dangerous. At one point the whole thing nearly crashed down on us. Either fix it properly or remove it. This is a disgrace. Nearly all of the lights in the living/dining were either missing a bulb or the lightbulbs were dead. Just lazy on the part of your property managers. The toilet does not flush properly. Despite being on a septic system (which we are on our own property) this system is not operating adequately. When you are advertising to be able to accommodate a large number of people, you should think about the septic system ability to handle that many people. This was well below expectation. Given that there was no WIFI and we were unable to connect our devices to watch online apps, we were then disappointed again to find
