Clovelly is nestled between Sydney's stunning Eastern Suburbs. Located about eight kilometres south-east of the Sydney CBD, Clovelly is a beachside suburb centred around the calm waters and soft sand of Clovelly Beach. The property is approximately a 25-minute drive from both Sydney Airport and CBD.

Other Things to Note:
- Please keep noise level to a minimum between 10pm and 8am for neighbours. Excessive noise could lead to an on-the-spot AUD500 fine and/or eviction from the property.
- There are stairs to access the property.
- There is a construction site nearby due to finish in June. Noise is expected from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm
- Next door property will undergo renovations for 6 months approximately from November 2024

- Early check-in: Our standard check-in is at 3 pm. To guarantee early access to the property we suggest booking the night before if available. Otherwise, early check-in is subject to availability from the night before at an additional cost.
- Late check-out: Our standard check-out is at 10 am. To guarantee a later check-out of the property we suggest booking an additional night if available. Otherwise, a late check-out is subject to availability from the night before to an additional cost.
- Baggage: For security reasons, we are unable to receive or to keep unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out
