Tämä koti sijaitsee Danforth Lakesissa, rauhallisessa kehityksessä, joka on asetettu Palominon säilykkeiden keskuudessa. Tämä koti on noin 12 mailin päässä Fort Myersin sydämestä ja 15 mailin päässä rannasta!

Sisätiloissa on puulattiat, runsaasti luonnollista valoa ja korkeat katot. Olohuoneessa on taulu-kaapeli-TV DVD-soittimella ja mukavat kalusteet. Tässä kodissa on myös ilmainen WiFi.

Keittiö on avoin ja täysin varustettu vakiovälineillä, kuten astianpesukoneella. Ruokapöydässä on kuusi paikkaa ja aamiaisbaarissa kaksi.

A casa é mto gostosa, confortável e bonita. Gostamos muito da nossa estadia. Não usamos a piscina pq estava frio mas ela era limpa todos os dias. Encontramos a casa higienizada e arrumada. Enfim, eu e minha irmã voltaríamos com certeza!

Great location. Great house with heated pool.

We loved this location in Ft. Myers because it is close to Publix grocery stores and the airport. The pool was heated to our request and it was awesome. Have a grill on the patio was great for our cookouts.

Great location and pool. We had issue with the house.

House had ants in the kitchen and beds. Vacasa did send exterminator who did take care of the ants. The grilling utensils were gross and dirty. There were used straws and crumbs left in the bedside table. Outlets were coming out of the wall in the master bedroom and bath. Absolutely no water pressure in the master shower. We used the main bathroom. Furniture was OK but could use some updating. You can't park on the street because the neighbors have their vehicles parked there. The driveway is barely enough room for two vehicles. Kids play basketball in the street across from the house so be careful what you drive and park at the home. The best part of the home is location, location, location and the pool!

We are a couple who use VRBO properties continuously due to my work. This property was not as advertised. Construction going on 4 feet away from us from 7 AM to 6 PM every day. Property managed by an agency which treats you like a commodity. Try to find properties run by owners. They will actually care about their renters. Reached out several times to company and was totally ignored.

Great vacation

Wonderful week and especially appreciated the pool. All you have to do is arrive and get food. Everything else is provided. Super convenient location to everything and easy access from 75. Will definitely book again❤️

Nice place - could use some upgrades

The place was clean when we arrived and what I had expected… however, some upgrade should be considered. The carpet in the one bedroom was really stained and a bit disgusting to walk barefoot on. Also, the TVs in the bedroom are really small (master bedroom was either 11 or 13”) and should be upgraded as the cost of new TVs is minimal. We had no issues finding the place or getting in. Close to restaurants, but far enough away in a small community where you weren’t bothered by road noise.

Overall an easy pleasant experience. My only issue is the property should upgrade their TVs. The main one should be at least a smart tv and the bedrooms bigger than their current computer monitor size. TVs are so cheap these days you would think at this price point they’d have them current

Pictures make it look better

The location is great and the kitchen and bathrooms were clean. The entire house needs painted on the inside and the carpet in the bedrooms were stained and dirty. The landscaping was in poor shape with trash strung about and the pool deck was very dirty. The pool doesn't really stay clean from the trees above even with the screen. Overall the house needs a deep cleaning and was not up to our standards for what we paid for the week.

Relaxing Retreat

This was perfect for our stay as we were out of our house while it was being remodeled so we weren't really there for tourism. However the location seemed to be great for whatever one would want to do.

Great place to stay

The house was clean. The neighborhood is nice and felt safe. It was a good location. Not too far away from baseball, the beach, downtown and shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

My review

The house was in a good quiet location. Close to restaurants and activities. The layout of the house was very good. We did have a problem with the dishwasher not working. We called and it took 2 days for someone to come look at it. It was not usable during our entire stay. Also the shower door in the master bathroom needs replacing. We inquired about heating the pool and we were informed it would take 72 hrs to heat and we felt the charge was too high. Renters should be told it would take this long to heat. Every other house we’ve rented has included pool heat in the rental price.

bumpy start

We had a bumpy start to our visit but Krista the property manager got the housekeeping an maintenance issues sorted quickly, After that our stay was very pleasant. This house had all the amenities that we needed. It is close to shopping and major highways to get around - overall very centrally located.

Disappointing

When we arrived several hours after our check in time of 4 pm, the air conditioning was on but the house was hot. The pool, which we had paid extra to have heated was dirty. There were 3 piles about 5" x 7" of dirt on the bottom of the pool. We called the property manager immediately and they said they would send someone out the next day. My husband went out and bought batteries to replace the ones in the control (which was reading low battery) and replaced the filter the A.C. return which was filthy. The house cooled off enough to be comfortable. No one came to clean the pool until two days later. Never saw anyone come out to look at the ac. We didn't trust the water quality given all the dirt in the pool and were unable to use it until it was cleaned. The manager said they would refund the $ we paid to heat the pool for the days we were unable to use it but they did not do so. House was in a convenient location for us but we will not rent here again.

Beautiful Home in great location

This home is just as the photos represent. It is close to both baseball stadiums and the airport. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood. The pool was lovely. The kitchen was fully equipped. It was everything I had hoped it would be.

Nice house close to everything. Safe neighborhood. Clean neighbirhood

Kitchen very well equipped. Knives very dull. Washer/dryer great. Wish the HW heater was set higher. Ran out of hot water after just 1 shower. Really enjoyed our stay. Would be convenient to have a garage door remote but I understand 1/2 the renter would leave them in the rental cars. Thanks again

Visit in January and March

The only problem with this property was that the back of the property was adjacent to the access road to the subdivision and the master bedroom and pool was on that side. A neighbour left for work at 5am and revved his Ford mustang outside our window. Also the school buses start at 6 am. There was mature landscaping around the property so you didn't see the road. It was quiet during the day and on week-ends. The Lanai was south facing with full daytime sun by the pool. The bedroom at the from of the the house was quiet
