The Space:
Nicely situated on a private lot in a quiet residential neighbourhood, this lovely home has all the comfortable elements holiday travelers are looking for. The open plan kitchen comes complete with a comprehensive housewares package for cooking and serving full course meals along with all standard small appliances including kettle and toaster. The adjacent dining area seats up to eight and has direct sight lines to the living room and backyard entertaining area.

Three bedrooms offer great options for extended families, with enough space to spread out and enjoy alone time as needed. Two bathrooms, one having a soaking tub ideal for bathing children after a long day of play. A fantastic feature everyone will love is the toy rumpus room with large screen TV, games, children’s toys, and activities to keep the little ones entertained for hours.

Head outside through the large glass sliders off the living room for a grassed outdoor dining experience in the backyard. This fully fenced space is ideal for kids and pets to safely play while the adults enjoy drinks and conversation at the oversized patio table.

Must see highlights include Phillip Island Nature Parks, Antarctic Journey, Rhyll’s boardwalks, and historic Churchill Island.

The Neighborhood:
This is a residential neighbourhood, and we would kindly ask guest to keep noise to a minimum.

Other Things to Note:
A maximum of two guest vehicles may park in the driveway. Additional vehicles may park on the street, however, please do not block other driveways. Garage access for vehicle parking at this home is not available as the space has been converted to the rumpus room.
