The Space:
Newly built one-of-a kind modern sanctuary in the Melrose / Beverly Grove district of West Hollywood.

Surrounded with greenery for privacy and ambience, the private outdoor space has it all. Enjoy a refreshing afternoon in the large pool with your favourite beverage, relax on the pool side sun loungers and unwind in the relaxing spa. Bask in the sunlight or sit in the shade on the comfortable outdoor sofas.

Grill your favourites on a hot summer day at the convenient outdoor barbeque station. Dine under the stars at the alfresco dining space. Gather around the firepit with friends or family to roast marshmallows.

The spacious open kitchen comes with high-end appliances, including a double oven for your inner-chef’s convenience and additional 5-person seating at the kitchen counter bar. Enjoy a delicious meal at the 10-person dining table in the open and elegant dining room with modern art.

Let the sunlight and fresh air flow into spacious living area. Featuring a modern fireplace, soaring ceilings, flat screen TV and an expansive sofa for ultimate comfort. An exquisite coupling of flow and functionality in an artful gallery aesthetic. Towering ceilings add depth and scale with glass pocket doors that disappear into the walls opening to the private outdoor lounge area. A seamless indoor/outdoor experience.

Head up the floating staircase to the peaceful bedrooms. There are three additional bedroom suites upstairs, and a fifth suite downstairs situated off the front entry ideal for house staff. The large master suite features a cosy fireplace, large private balcony and serene views of the Hollywood Hills.

Freshen up in the luxurious bathrooms. Wash away your worries in the spa-style rain shower. Wind down in the dual jetted spa tub. Each bathroom comes with fresh towels and all the essentials.

This modern luxury villa is ideal for families and groups looking to be in the thick of the city and walkable to all popular locations. A short uber to most of LA. Very close to shops on Rodeo Dr & the Beverly Grove, in a safe neighbourhood. A two-car garage is available for your convenience.

Full concierge services available upon request, including luxury car rentals, to ensure you have a 5-star experience!

IMPORTANT: We are a professional property management company and use a professional PMS system. Our PMS integration limits our ability to charge a credit card processing fee, however, a credit card processing fee is a hard cost to us. We have to charge a 3.55% CC processing fee based on the total charges displayed on the platform. International Credit Cards have an additional 1 to 1.5% on top of the 3.55% for exchange rates totalling almost 4.7% in fees. Please note, that if you do not want to incur the CC processing fee you can send a bank wire. If you send a request to book your CC will only be charged the platform fee. We will not charge your card until we confirm with you. Someone from our team will reach out to you.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home as well as the garage.

The Neighborhood:
Beverly Grove is flanked by West Hollywood to the north, Fairfax and Mid-Wilshire to the east, Carthay to the south and Beverly Hills to the west. Beverly Grove has plenty of great shops and restaurants. The Beverly Grove itself also has a great outdoor marketplace which we highly recommend you check out during your stay.

Getting Around:
Walk, bike, Rental Car through Drive Awhile or Uber is recommended to see all that LA has to offer, although many shops and restaurants are within walking distance from the home. Luxury fleet rental available upon request.

Other Things to Note:
Please message our team and speak with the Home Manager before booking. Mandatory additional terms may apply depending on your booking platform. Credit card processing fee may be required post-booking. In case of cancellation, the stated booking cancellation policy applies. The 'Reservation fee' is our non-refundable credit card processing fee.

To maintain property and neighborhood harmony, we have important rules. Please read carefully.

1) No parties, visitors, or unapproved guests. Submit all guest names before booking. Government ID may be requested from the person who booked. A guest is anyone who will spend any amount of time at the property. Our strict guest policy ensures neighborhood peace and legal compliance. Exceeding capacity risks our permit, we may ask you to leave.

2) No pets allowed except for service animals as required by law.

3) No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or similar (outside and indoors). Our state-of-the-art smoke detectors notify the fire department - $500 fee for false alarms or rule violations. City Code Section 41.50 B 18 b | High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW.

4) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates. If needed, send it to our office; we'll deliver to the property on your arrival day. We're not responsible for lost mail.

5) Quiet hours: 10:00pm to 8:00am to ensure peaceful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors. Property is located on Pacific Coast Highway. Guests are subject to hearing potential road noise and/or waves crashing.

7) Day of Arrival:
Let us know if you prefer self-check-in or a personal tour. Only the guest who booked can check in and must show their ID for security.

8) Check-In:
We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Our early check-in fees are $100 for every hour before 4:00pm. Additionally, if you want to check-in before 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval.

Check Out:
Our check-out time is 10:00am. Late checkout is based upon availability and needs to be approved in advance. Our late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches.

9) When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee.

10) Pre Stocking:
We have a list of pre-stocking options that guests are able to choose from. Pre-stock requests typically require at least one week advance notice. There will be a $150 service charge or 20% service charge (whichever one is greater) for all pre-stocking requests.

11) Pool/hot tub: Never leave children unsupervised; no lifeguard on duty. No glassware; $1000 fee if glass is found. Use provided plasticware for safety. If kitchen lacks plasticware, please inform us. Please don't dispose of plasticware; wash and store them.

12) Parking:
The owner leaves their personal vehicle in 1 of the garage spaces. The garage can fit 1 car plus 2 more in the driveway.

Cleanliness:
We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits. All of our homes have white hotel-style linens, white towels, toiletries for our guests, and well stocked kitchens with high-end appliances. Amid COVID-19, our cleaning intensified: surfaces wiped with hot water and disinfectants. All towels and linens washed, regardless of appearance; many hotels don't. Door handles and high-touch spots get extra care. Staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. Our exceptional cleaning surpasses CDC standards.

This property contains an exterior camera at the front door which is motion sensored and is active during guests stay.

We are a professional vacation rental hospitality management company. We maintain high hospitality standards with an in-house team of designers, concierge, hosts, maintenance personnel, and stylists. We are ranked #1 in California and #4 in the country. Travel can be stressful, especially when you book without seeing the home beforehand. We eliminate that stress.

Lastly, by the end of your stay with us, if you feel our service provided to you has been nothing less than excellent, gratuity is always welcome. Just give it to whomever you deem fit!

The Perfect Weho House!
When I started looking for a glam house to rent for me and my friends, I was overwhelmed by the number of super fancy houses to choose from in West Hollywood. It was total option overload. This house stood out from the beginning and we could not have been happier that it was the one we all decided on. Everything was beautiful. The kitchen, living space, the pool area, the hot tub!. The bedrooms and baths. All over the top. All super comfortable beds. All perfectly clean! The staff was friendly and super helpful with check-in. The location was ideal. It is hard when there are so many places. At a certain point they can all start to blend together. This house is a true stand out! Could not have been happier.
