3 Bedroom Home
A spacious and comfortable renovated house that sleeps 10 right next to the Lake Travis waterfront. Lots of room for entertaining, and time with family and friends. Double primary room set-up, with one upstairs and one downstairs (king beds). The tastefully decorated and remodeled home has beautiful views and plenty of porch space with seating.

Duplex with 2 Bedroom and 1 Bedroom Units
A two story, split level remodeled cottage, with a wrap around porch and large covered balcony. The bottom level has one bedroom, two baths, and sleeping accommodations for five. The top level hosts two bedrooms, two baths, and comfortably sleeps six.

Lake Lover’s Paradise has many amazing amenities that make it hard for guests to say goodbye, including:

- Tons of covered patio space that overlooks the beautiful Lake Travis. This will be the perfect spot for you to start your day with a cup of coffee as the world wakes up, or end the day with a nice glass of wine as the sun sets.
- 150 feet of shoreline on Lake Travis
- Private Dock - (As of May 2024. There is no water left in the cove for swimming or watercrafts due to Lake Travis lake levels being very low.)

Policies & House Rules:
- Non-smoking residence; Smoking is strictly prohibited inside, but you can smoke outside.
- No Open Flames in home.
- Absolutely No events, parties or large gatherings
- small dogs (under 45lbs) are allowed with a Non Refundable pet fee. 3-dog limit, NO CATS.
- on-site boat trailer parking is available for $25 (We cannot accommodate parking for trailers over 20ft.) Trailer parking is an ADDITIONAL FEE
- Pets MUST be kept on a leash at all times when outside
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve home
- Check-in time is 3pm; Check-out time is 10am
- Please observe quiet hours (10pm-8am) and be respectful of the neighbors
- You may not exceed this property's maximum occupancy (20) at any point during your stay.
