This home is perfect for families with a local playground & skatepark located a stone’s throw away. Situated in a quiet, peaceful suburban area with plenty of scenic walking and cycling tracks nearby.
There are 3 spacious bedrooms including a bedroom perfectly set up and designed with two children in mind. There are two modern, premium bathrooms as well. Central heating flows throughout the entire home so you will be nice and warm in winter.
The open-plan living and dining area opens out to a sunny, rear lawn where you can soak up the fresh southern air as you take in the breath-taking views of Cecil Peak. There is a fully equipped kitchen perfect for gathering the family or group for dinner or preparing a big breakfast before you head up the mountain for a day on the slopes.
You will also have access to a double garage, perfect for storing your ski gear, bikes, golf equipment etc.
There is an attached unit to the house with long-term tenants. They have no access to the main house and you will only possibly see them in passing. We ask guests to please respect both the tenants in the units’ as well as neighbours right to quiet enjoyment of their home and have strict limits on noise after 10pm.
The home has operating CCTV cameras for safety reasons. The cameras are located above the front door facing the outside of the house and in the garage.

Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Additionally, all guests who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must also be over 25 years of age.
Check in time: the property will be available from 3:00pm on the day of your arrival
Check out time: is 10:00am on the morning of departure. Please return the key to the lock-box on check-out.
NO SMOKING POLICY -Smoking is not permitted in this holiday home, outside or in any of the common areas. Breach of this policy will result in a cleaning fee being applied to the guest who made the booking.
Our holiday homes must be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure. Should the home require excessive cleaning over and above what is deemed reasonable, a charge of $40.00 plus gst per hour will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking. This includes but not limited to doing dishes, pots and pans, removal of rubbish, cleaning the oven after use and the BBQ.
As our holiday homes are all non -serviced we provide complimentary consumables sufficient for the first 2 days of your stay such as toiletries, toilet paper and soap.
The other condiments, spices etc in the pantry cupboard are for your use but are not intentionally provided. Feel free to use what you need but it would be appreciated if you could replace or leave something similar when you leave.
RUBBISH - We kindly ask that you dispose of the rubbish correctly. If rubbish is found on your departure which is not in the correct bins provided, any disposal and sorting costs incurred will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking.
As residential homes you are asked to respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. The number of occupants is as per the reservation and may not be increased without approval from Harcourts Property Management. Increased occupancy, excessive noise or illegal activity may result in penalty charges and eviction and forfeiture of all prepaid rental monies.
DAMAGES /NEGLIGENCE
We accept that breakages and accidents do happen, the person who made the booking is responsible to report any breakage to Harcourts Property Management and Rentals.
