This suite is ideally located within close proximity to numerous New Orleans landmarks including Jackson Square (2.1 Miles), Caesars Superdome/Smoothie King Center (1.8 Miles), The National WWII Museum (3.6 Miles), and the lush Garden District (3.8 Miles). And that’s truth in advertising. Take the red streetcar line up Canal to the Cemeteries (Mid-City’s dead neighbors are as interesting as the live ones) or bike the new 2.6-mile-long Lafitte Greenway that stretches from Basin Street to Carrollton Avenue and, conveniently, past a po’ boy shop or two – or 17 – with a sno-ball shop and a micro-brewery thrown in for good measure. Note this home is a duplex and the entire bottom unit is occupied by other residents while the entire upstairs unit is the space being offered.
