Seannsail is a recently renovated beach house, a hop, skip and jump to the white sands of Callala Bay. So close to the water the sound of waves puts you to sleep!
Great for families, couples or for a work-from-home style getaway.
The space: 2 living areas. 3 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. 2 outdoor dining areas - deck or BBQ in the back yard.
Fully equipped for year round stays.
Walk to Callala Bay shops: IGA, restaurants, gelateria, cafe, fish & chips, pharmacy, bakery.
Quiet tree lined street, just 3 houses from the beach, at the end of the road! Upstairs you’ll find the kitchen, living and dining rooms, queen sized master, two singles and a bathroom. Downstairs you will find another living area with tv and pool table, the third bedroom and another bathroom/laundry. Outside enjoy the deck upstairs or the downstairs eating area with BBQ and backyard. The beautiful white sands of Jervis bay are 100 metres away where bush and beach meet.
The house is near the end of a quiet, no through traffic road, where most houses are locals and your neighbours are the local dolphins often spotted swimming at the beach.
From the house you have access to the beach and many bush walks.
The local shops are a 2 minute drive away, or a 10 minute walk where you will find an IGA, restaurants, including Something Seafood (recent winner of "Best fish and chips" in the Seafood Industry Australia's 2021 Great Australian Fish & Chip Awards!), a café land gelateria. The best authentic pizza can be ordered from an Italian family in Callala Bay “Calabrisella”.
Walk along the beach to the boat ramp (past the local pelicans) and you'll find beautiful paved walks all the way to Callala Beach, with plenty of picnic areas. Explore the headland in low tide and watch the amazing sea hawks. In the other direction, along the beach, you'll find Red Rock, the national park beyond with another beautiful beach and nature walks among the scribbly gums.
Located 20 minutes to all the conveniences of Nowra Seafood market, Nowra Fresh market and all supermarket chains. Further afield is Greenwell Point. Or catch the ferry across to Huskisson from Myola (you can also drive).
The Butter Factory restaurant near Pyree (10 minutes away) and nearby Lolly shop is worth a visit.
