Brandnew self-contained little gem in Hobsonville

Situated in the thriving new community of Hobsonville/Scott Point. This listing is of a separate granny flat unit which is attach to the main house. With Limeburners Bay reserve and supermarkets within a short stroll. Conveniently easy access to State Highway 16 & 18 to the CBD. And within a very short driving distance to Costco and Westgate & NorthWest shopping centres.

The many amenities Hobsonville is becoming famous for - farmers market, parks, ferry access, and eateries which are all close by to this property. The location is strategically located which meet the needs of every guests.

During your stay:
• Self check-in and relax
• Check in time is 15:00 PM - 22: 00 PM
• Check out time is 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM
(late check-outs will incur a cleaner turn away charge or a full day rental)
• Please comply with all rules in messages, house manual or as posted in the property
• Please be considerate of the other residents living in the property/neighbourhood by being courteous and keeping the noise down from 10:00pm to 6:00am

House rules:
• Please remove shoes before entering
• Please leave the property in the condition in which it was found upon arrival
• Please wash any used crockery/cutlery/glassware and keep the sink clean & tidy
• Please take out rubbish to your red rubbish bin and any recycle items to the yellow recycling bin(read manual for recycle guides)
• Please place the used towels in the shower box when you check out
• Sorry no pets or smokers
• No filming, parties, or events

Other things to note:
•Keys must not be collected prior to check-in time and lockbox must be left closed & locked
• Bags must not be stored at the property prior to check-in or after checkout
• Lockouts: These will incur call-out or locksmith charges.
• Please report any breakages or damage sustained during your stay as it allows me to repair/replace it in time for the next guests
• Charges apply if any linen/towels/cutlery/crockery/glassware/key/amenities is found damaged or taken
• Host will not be responsible for any belongings left/lost/stolen in the property after check-out.
However, do note that we will do our best to find and return any reported lost item. All cost involved with retuning lost items including time taken is chargeable.

Very nice place, with everything you need. The rules were clear and appropriate. The small couch looks good but has limited function, I would suggest get rid of or replace. I didn’t really like using Vrbo, at times it seamed confusing, but the owner was prompt and clear when responding to my questions. Defiantly recommend to others

Our stay Hmmm.
The apartment was very new which is great and the actual bedrooms, kitchen area and bathroom where nice but there are some issues such as.. very uncomfortable seating either on a tiny couch or a dining chair and after working all day this was not ideal, no small table to put our coffee on to watch t.v. the t.v. didn't seem to have any free view channels, 2 of us stayed 3 nights and were only left 1 towel each should be at least 2 towels each and no mat to put on floor outside shower, the people upstairs were quite noisy just walking around closing doors etc. their kitchen is directly above one of the bedrooms and there doesn't seem to be much in the way of sound proofing, the pump for the water tanks just directly outside the back door was very loud and noisy. Location was good and i know that the people listing are new to this but i would not stay again unless the issues listed above were addressed.

Lovely self-contained property
Cherrie's place was brand new and sparkling clean with very detailed decoration, lovely little gem as described and the bedding was comfy too! Cherrie was also very easy to communicate with and helpful! There were only few concerns during our stay ~ the sound of the drainage system was relatively loud, it would be nice if we could be inform in advance so we don't have to guess how the loud noise is caused. And because it is relatively close to the neighbors next door so we can heard people talking easily from the living area (not too fussy about this), but the tenants upstairs were quite noisy at night and we found this quite disturbing. There were no other issues apart from these, thanks Cherrie =)
