The high ceilings and colourful walls add vibrancy and excitement to this spacious studio which is one of the larger layouts in the building. Upscale appliances and amenities like the electric fireplace complement the cozy atmosphere. Guests sleep on a comfy queen-size mattress topped with high-end pillows and bedding; moreover, the smart European-style Murphy bed easily slides into the wall creating space and comfort. Finally, this suite has a high-efficiency, in-suite washer and dryer with detergent, high-speed wifi, smart television with access to all your favourite streaming services.

The Janion Building possesses a rich history, initially constructed in 1891 and later transformed into a sustainable residential complex through meticulous renovation and restoration. Policies and Booking Requirements
Age Requirement: Our policy requires the guest making the reservation to be at least 19 years old in order to book.

Cancellation: By confirming this booking, guests agree to our cancellation policy. If you are concerned you may need to cancel outside of the policy, we suggest guests acquire travel insurance to assist in mitigating any losses.

Check-in: We provide self-check-in with a standard check-in window of 4:00 - 7:00 pm. We ask that guests arriving past the standard window carefully read their check-in instructions and reach out with any questions prior to their arrival, as our support team is only available until 7:00 pm. Moreover, we kindly ask that guests arriving in the evening are mindful to keep noise to a minimum.

Occupancy: Our policy permits only the number of guests booked initially to occupy the suite. Pets Welcome. Children Welcome.

Parking Information: For convenient, nearby parking options, guests can choose from the Bastion Square Parkade (575 Yates St) or Centennial Parkade (645 Fisgard St). Both parkades also offer free parking from 8 pm to 8 am. We recommend downloading and using the Park Victoria App to simplify the payment process and avoid the hassle of using a meter. Additionally, for easy unloading, there is a designated hotel zone located outside 528 Pandora.
