Brand new to Luxury Beach Rentals! The Savoy building is located in the prestigious Golden Mile section of Myrtle Beach, known for being centrally located to all the Myrtle Beach attractions, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Guests who stay in the iconic Savoy tower have access to all of the amenities at the Grande Cayman Resort which include indoor / outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy river, Starbucks, Martins Restaurant, poolside tiki bar and more as well as a private oceanfront pool and sunning deck with tables, umbrellas / chairs, courtyard, private walkway to the beach, outdoor showers and parking exclusive to Savoy guests.

This Oceanfront Suite consists of two queen beds in the bedroom, a separate living room with a sleeper sofa, a kitchen equipped with all basic cookware and dinnerware, two flatscreen televisions, one bath and a spacious oceanfront balcony for you and your family to enjoy.

-Iced/Hot Keurig maker

- Access to indoor / outdoor pools, hot tubs lazy river, and sauna.

-This is a non smoking unit.

-No motorcycles, trailers, golf carts or pets allowed on the premises.

- Unit does not have a washer/dryer. Guests have access to coined laundry located on the 3rd floor

-7 night minimum from Saturday to Saturday required in peak summer season and 3 night minimum outside summer season.

Awesome view of the beach
The view of the beach was very nice the unit was clean did have a bit of a damp smell to it but that's because the humidity is high from being so close to the water I understand that. It's always nice to be close to the beach and have a short walk to get to the water. There are even restaurants nearby within a couple blocks which makes it nice too. Even though some of the neighbors in other units didn't abide by the rules of non-smoking this didn't ruin our stay. I believe this is hard to control because some of the units are owned by individuals. Overall we had a great stay bed was comfortable kitchen was nice for making lunch and such. Will consider staying again.

Great property! Enjoyed my stay, the only thing is that the floors were very dirty. My bare feet were black on the bottom so I started wearing shoes inside. I do hope to stay there again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is in the perfect location. Great view of the beach from the balcony.

The View was not enough…..
The view was very nice. To sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean was the highlight of the stay. The furniture was comfortable. The unit was very small and the bedroom was crowded with the two queen beds. The place was dirty when we arrived but the mgt company responded quickly to get it cleaned. No vent for the stove and no ice maker/ice trays we’re detractions. There was a large hole in the living room wall and a broken drawer in the bedroom. The biggest detraction were the AC units which were are old and very noisy….often waking us up during the night. The unit could be nice but there is a lot of TLC needed. We will not return for another visit
