The open-concept layout on the main level takes full advantage of the home's prime location. Enjoy direct ocean views from all the common spaces of the home, even while preparing meals in the kitchen. Beach-friendly LVP flooring is installed throughout, ideal for kids and pets. Thoughtfully decorated with original artwork and eclectic accents, Torchsong is brimming with character while still providing all the comforts of home. Located at Milepost 20.5 where the beaches are wide and uncrowded, Torchsong offers the tranquility of the all-residential South Nags Head area while still being just a short drive away from grocery stores, shopping and dining. Take a short drive or bike ride north to the Outer Banks Fishing Pier and Fish Head's Bar and Grill, where you can order food and drinks on the oceanfront while listening to live music. You'll be just 2 miles from Coquina Beach and the 4x4 beaches, part of the Cape Hatteras National Seashore and a favorite local spot for fishing and surfing. From there, explore Bodie Island Lighthouse or head south for a day trip to Ocracoke. Please note that for 2025, the twin bed in Bedroom 2 will be replaced with a second bunkbed, and the twin beds in Bedroom 4 will be replaced with a king bed. Pets allowed - dogs only.
