Voi nukkua jopa kolmekymmentäkahdeksan ihmist��, Hemlock Inn muistuttaa boutique-hotellia. Mutta t��mä kolmikerroksinen, kahdeksan makuuhuoneen lomahotelli tarjoaa paljon enemmän kuin puutarhavaihtoehto. Valtavan keittiön ja ymp��röivän kannen lisäksi se sisältää kaksi kylpytynnyri��, pelihuone ja kotiteatterin, jossa on 110 tuuman n��yttö.

Jokaisessa Hemlock Innin kahdeksassa makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone ja tv. Ylimmässä kerroksessa on nelj�� makuuhuonetta. Kaksi sisältää king-size-vuode ja suoran pääsyn yläkerrokseen, jotta voit nauttia yövalosta kuunvalossa ennen liukumista kansien alla. Kussakin muussa kahdessa yläkerran makuuhuoneessa on kaksi queen-size-kerrossänkyä, jotka mahdollistavat jopa kahdeksan ihmisen nukkumisen kussakin. My husband, I and our friends and their 3 kids booked this cabin for Ponies in the Smokies. While we were at the cabin it was very relaxing and peaceful. All of us and the kids enjoyed the hottub, pool table and air hockey table. The property was very clean. The listing says it’s a 2 king and 1 queen bed but it’s actually 2 queen and 1 king. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Decent

The location is excellent, and the home is beautiful. That being said, it was pretty "worn", and in need of some TLC. And Vacation Rental Pro's was not the easiest management group to work with. Our initial reservation was difficult at best, and after many challenging emails, I was never able to get a return phone call. Just expected better.

Great property!

I had read some questionable reviews about this property so was a tad nervous booking it. But after spending 3 nights we had no issues whatsoever. Check in and checked out was easy and seamless. We were really hoping the hot tub worked as that was a main draw for us and thankfully it worked perfectly and we really enjoyed it. These are minor things but the only downside is that the air hockey table’s cord was cut so we couldn’t play air hockey. And then we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the gas logs in the main living room. Some instructions would be helpful. Overall I would have no hesitation reserving this property again. Everything was as described and it’s in a great location close to downtown Gatlinburg. Our experience was great.

Hot!!

The place is beautiful and very spacious but the air conditioner does not work properly! The thermostat on the main level where the kitchen and living room are was reading almost 85 the entire time we were there. I can only imagine what the upstairs would have read if there was one up there. So sleeping at night was very uncomfortable and just trying to relax and hang out as a family was not that comfortable either. Definitely need someone out there to look and see what’s wrong with it.

Nice place but disappointed that hot tub didn't work

This cabin was nice. The kitchen was pretty small and didn't have much storage space. The couch on the main floor was very hard to get up from as it seems old. One of the main reasons for choosing this cabin was the hot tub. It was broken from day 1 and never fixed. I did receive a very small refund. The puctures make it seem bigger than it really is. The master bed was comfortable. The showers worked well. Not a lot of seating for more than 6 people. Only 4 people can sit in the main living room and about the same downstairs. The air hockey table was broken when we arrived. Overall a nice place just not a lot of space.

Mostly fit our needs, could use some TLC

The Hemlock Inn was in a quiet location and the property suited our needs. We thought it was convenient to get to the Smokey Mountain National Park, which was a prime goal of our vacation. The layout and number of bedrooms/bathrooms was excellent, and we had lots of space for everyone, whether we wanted to all hang out together in the kitchen & living area on the main level or take time apart from the group. The wrap-around decks were a great place to relax too. The place could use some TLC. While the bedding was clean and the bathroom fixtures as well (toilets, showers, sinks), there was a noticeable layer of dust in places like baseboards and light fixtures. We also encountered some minor issues during our stay (broken jets in the hot tub, broken door on one of the microwaves, wash machine stopped draining). When we reported the issues, the response from the maintenance crew was reasonable, although the wash machine took longer to repair and we needed to go to the laundromat (conveniently only 2 miles away, but still not something we expected to do on our vacation.)

Our stay

So we rented this cabin this past weekend and we’re told that some guy named Stevemilo was our contact for the property messaged multiple times before the trip to ask about parking as well as a door code with no response so as we’re headed there at midnight after work we call Jackson mountain homes and they give us the door code we arrive at the address listed on there Listing around 2 am after being stuck in wreck traffic for 2.5 hours only to find that there “listed “ address is not the actual address to the cabin so after almost an hour of walking roads in the dark we finally find our cabin 2 roads over go in and the cabin is clean but the ice maker and hot tub are not working so after messing with the hot tub 2 different times we finally get it to heat up the next day called the rental company and they said they would send someone out to check it and they did he was very nice also told them about the address issue and basically got an ok we’ll look at it so if your thinking of staying in this cabin make sure and ask for the actual address because the listed one is not correct

Cabin Review

Overall the Cabin was as advertised. Everyone in the group, had a wonderful time. The kitchen provided all of the amenities we needed to cook, the Bedrooms, towels, soap, and toilet tissue were all as advertised. One of the best features were the two hot tubs, which everyone in the group used very often. We would certainly stay again, and would recommend the property to anyone. Now for the few things that would need improvement. In the kitchen, the pots / pans are all old. It would be very nice to have a few updated sets of Non-stick pots. The current ones, seemed to stick very badly, even with spraying non-stick spray. Also, the remote controls for several of the TVs were missing. Seems that the old remotes are all mixed in with the new ones. Luckily, one of the people in our party was an A/V expert, so we were able to make it work. Had that not been the case, we would have had issues watching several of the TV's. A good large gas grill is needed. The old charcoal grills out front are very rusted with holes in the bottom and difficult to use. All in all, the stay was wonderful, and the location is superb! Only a few short miles from the grocery store and plenty of parking as well.

Real bad wear and tear

I would not recommend this place until they are able to do a massive wear and tear renovation on this property. I understand that having a cabin this large and one that accommodates so many people the everyday wear and tear is going to be faster then a normal hotel room but it seems like they don't even care about the daily upkeep of the property. Carpets are tearing in almost every room, broken couches as well as an air hockey table that didn't work, dusty air vents with 2-3 months build up, leaky toliets and sinks, oven doors missing handles and microwave doors falling off the hinges. One of the bathrooms had a shower head but there was no place to actually turn the shower on so adults couldn't use that bathtub at all. We called maintenance and we took pictures upon arrival because we did not want to be blamed or charged for the disaster that we walked into. They didn't seem to care and acted like they were aware of all of the issues that we presented them. I wouldn't book this cabin until finding out that they had a massive renovation and possibly got a new weekly cleaning crew.

The RAW Real Truth

The cabin is OK! Pictures do NOT portray the actual size; they make it look way bigger than what it really is. It is old and in bad need of some TLC and upkeep. The AC unit was filthy, we asked for it to be cleaned multiple times to no avail, causing it to take 2 days to cool off to a half comfortable temp. The number of fans in the cabin when we arrived gave us a bad feeling and we were right. They never addressed that in our 5 days stay. We were notified 3 weeks prior to arrival about the hot tub being broken, we asked for refund and to book another cabin because that was one of the main reasons for booking it, they would not do that, and the hot tub was still not fixed before we left the cabin. Big disappointment! 2 of the 3 shower curtains had mold on them in several locations. Razor caps from prior tenants were left in the showers. Master bath toilet runs forever, can tell it has leaked in the past. The tile around it is bubbled and cracked and the toilet itself moves. There is no toilet paper roll holder in the master bath either. There were several lights out around the cabin which they did wind up fixing. Pool table is falling apart, some of the cups would fall out when a ball fell into them. Door to the master does not lock and the jacuzzi is directly in front of it so you have to be careful when utilizing so someone does not walk in on you. The bed in the master is UNCOMFORTABLE. Kitchen is NOT fully stocked, no potholders and no rags. Never using Jackson Mountain

Loved staying here at this cozy cabin! Just made you feel like home. We enjoyed our time here with family and friends! Not far from downtown Gatlinburg also. Definitely recommend staying here and will book again in the near future.

Great location for family vacation!! Loved the game room, How much space the house had & that all the bedrooms were on separate floors.

Very quiet and relaxing

Cabin was clean. Living room furniture was well used and not very comfortable. Also mattress in loft bedroom needs to be replaced. Felt like we were sleeping on a hill.

Hemlock Hills

Hemlock Hills was exactly as advertised. Very nice and clean. Plenty of space for a large family. A couple of the appliances didn’t work but it didn’t change our opinion on the overall enjoyment.

Wonderful Cabin in the Mountains

We rented this cabin for a large family reunion and it worked perfectly. We loved the decks, the hot tub, the big kitchen and dining tables. Check in and check out was easy, it was close to a lot of interesting shops and good hiking trails. It is in a large group of cabins, which isn’t easy to see from online pictures, but that was no problem. There were a few minor appliance problems with the microwave and oven, and parking is pretty cramped, but overall would recommend. It was a great experience.

Wonderful!!

What a great stay. The hot tub was amazing, the cabin was spacious, and the location was incredibly close to the gatlinburg strip! Would 100% stay again, the cabin was the main event of this birthday trip.
