Newly renovated loft apartment with keypad lock, insuite laundry, two 55"TV's and full kitchen.
Located in the heart of downtown Barrie just steps away from all of the award-winning restaurants downtown has to offer.
Minutes from Vetta Spa, perfect for a romantic getaway, business trip, or a night on the town.
This loft features fast wifi, Netflix, stainless steal appliances, full kitchen, private entrance, covered parking. 15 minutes from Snowvalley and 20 minutes from horseshoe.
The space
This loft features 17ft high ceilings with 1800s exposed brick and a large heritage window. Newley renovated with brand new stainless steel appliances, modern gold finishes, and glass railings.
Set up your laptop on our large live edge workspace which overlooks the entire apartment. Or spend your time downstairs in the "study".
Our kingsize bed is fitted with a minimum of 4 pillows, fresh always white sheets, duvet and throw blanket. Across from the bed is a 55" HD tv that has access to a multitude of streaming platforms.
If you feel like cooking our kitchen is fully stocked with brand new pots, pans, and cooking utensils. All you need to bring is food and spices!
When the day is done clean off in our glass shower with rainfall showerhead. We leave you with 2 sets of freshly washed face, hand, and body towels.
In-suite laundry is free to use.
Come morning start your day with one of our many flavoured coffees. We supply the sweeteners, you supply your favourite creamer!

The entire apartment is yours!
Other things to note
We want our guests to have the best stay possible, that's why we are as transparent as possible about what your stay may entail.
We are located in downtown Barrie, if you are booking on a weekend please note restaurants and bars are open until 2am. In the Summertime live music is played on the streets during the day (on weekends).
Our heritage windows may be beautiful but they do not keep noise out well. If the hustle and bustle of downtown will keep you up please keep that in mind before booking.

Beautiful stay but hosts communication is non responsive
The flat is very comfortable and clean and near many fine dining restaurants. I was very pleased. Big disappointment was the lack of communication with the host. Very, very frustrating!!!

The property had a major issue with thermostat which caused temp to 27 degrees Celsius. Owner had contacted contractor but they were unable to fix issues. I had to leave and get hotel final night. I was promised refund from the host Hayden but never received. Even after numerous attempts by myself and VRBO. DO NOT STAY!!

The creative interior design of the suite was very attractive but was poor compensation for the two flights of narrow stairs to reach it. More importantly no information about the stairs was included in the description. The access information provided just before our arrival did not include either which of three exterior door s or upstairs, which of five suites was ours. We were left to try door codes until a door opened in both cases. The wifi password was not posted inside the suite as we’ve come to expect. The fact that the parking referred to only by address was a public parking parkade, would have been helpful information. No place with only two coffee mugs with one cracked can call itself “luxury”. I did receive a prompt response to my request for the wifi password.
