We're back and better than ever! You've had to put your vacation at the Beach on hold, we are ready for you now! While our rental homes may look a little different, yards may not be as lush as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds, we can tell you that all our homes that have been either renovated or rebuilt and have been inspected thoroughly to meet your needs. When choosing your home, please be sure to read the descriptions carefully.
Completely renovated and the vacation home of your dreams awaits you! This over-sized 2 bedroom/2 bathroom home will sleep up to 8 people very comfortably. The open-floor plan lends itself to family get togethers, game nights and so much more.
Don’t want to hang with the family?! Head out for some peace and quiet on the screened in lanai that overlooks the gorgeous over-sized pool. No detail has been left unturned, ceramic driftwood plank style flooring, all brand new appliances, full size washer and dryer, muted coastal colors and beautiful artwork throughout make this the perfect vacation getaway for you and your family and friends. The beach is a very short 3 minute stroll down the quiet street.
A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to completed within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation. You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian.

Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. You will receive your lock code and check in instructions in your guest portal and by email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Please notify everyone in your party.
