ABOUT THE SPACE
Our two-bedroom accessible suite features one king bed, two twin beds, and a queen sofabed. There is plenty of space to relax in the comfort of our well-furnished living spaces that feature a TV, sofabed, dining table, and patio. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, stove, and all the necessary cooking utensils for in-room dining.
The suite has 2 bathrooms. The primary bathroom has a large walk-in shower and double vanity. The second bathroom includes a roll-in shower with a bench. Sleeps 6.
Other amenities provided for guests include: Washer/Dryer, Phone and Voicemail, Ceiling Fans and Air Conditioning, Iron & Ironing Board, Hairdryer and Alarm Clock

• Check-in: 4:00pm
• Check-out: 10:00am
• Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.
~What you need to know before your arrival~
• At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made and you must be at least 21 years old to check into the resort
•A USD 25 plus tax Resort Fee will be applied daily to this reservation. This fee includes activities, BBQ grill(s), basketball court access, bicycle rentals, business center, DVD rentals, fitness center access, Historic Manor House access, hot tub access, local/toll-free calls, miniature golf rentals, playground access, pool access, racquetball rentals, self-parking, tennis court access, volleyball access.
• The Debit or Credit Card used to secure your booking must be presented at check-in. If the card is not presented, funds secured are reversed, and payment is secured on the new card. The Card owner must be present at time of arrival.
• A USD 200 Security Hold is required at time of arrival and must be placed on a major credit or debit card.

~Property Policies~
• Responsibility for Charges and Damages: You are liable for all damages to the room(s) caused by you or your guests/invitees during your stay. You agree that guests in our room are authorized by you to charge to the room from anywhere in the resort or at any HGV property, unless you advise the Front Desk otherwise.
• Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.
• Smoking Policy: Historic Powhatan Resort is a smoke free facility. If smoking occurs in the unit during your stay, a USD 500 cleaning fee will be billed to your account.
AMENITIES UPDATE: The indoor pool will be closed to complete ADA upgrades from May 9–28, 2024. Once reopened, the indoor pool hours of operation are 8 a.m.–10 p.m. daily. Our outdoor pools close for the season after October 31.
