The house has a sunny outdoor entertaining area with 180 degree views of Jervis Bay and the Hinterlands. The 3 bedrooms all have king beds.
The kitchen has everything you will need to cook and entertain. Has a new microwave, coffee machine and plenty of pots, plates, cutlery and utensils. The kitchen has a large commercial Smeg oven. We supply all bed linen, towels, tea towels and have spare blankets in each wardrobe.
The loungeroom in the house has a large modular lounge and all sections have recliners, perfect to sit back watching your favourite family movie around the gas fireplace in winter or under the fans in summer. The house has a large Smart TV and free unlimited WIFI. The TV allows you to log on to any of your accounts such as Netflix, Stan etc.
We have 2 portacots (with linen) and 3 high chairs so no need to bring your own (please let us know if these are required)
Cooling - there is AC in the lounge room and ceiling fans in each bedroom. The house is double brick therefore it is cool in summer and attracts a gentle breeze.
Heating - we have a brand new gas fireplace in the lounge room and reverse AC (in the house) as well as oil heaters in each bedroom.
The whole house is gated and also have another grassed gated area out the back.
Please note: This is a 5 bedroom house and we lock off 2 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs. There is a completely separate 1 bedroom apartment next door to the house as well.
There may possibly be guests in the completely separate 1 bedroom apartment however in quieter months unlikely.

There is a fully self contained bedroom apartment downstairs with completely separate entry, kitchen, bathroom. Nothing is shared apart from driveway and grassed backyard.
