The Country Beach Cottage

Welcome to our lovely beach cottage nestled in Papamoa, just a short walk from the beach! Surrounded by established gardens, you can enjoy the beach life with the convenience of an outdoor shower and fireplace. Inside, you'll find a spacious kitchen, a comfortable living room, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms for your convenience and relaxation. Come experience the true essence of beachside living at our delightful retreat!

Our home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with its three bedrooms. The master bedroom and second bedroom each offer a queen bed, while the third bedroom features two king-single beds. Please note that the images show a bedroom with a sofa, but it has been updated with the two king-single beds and an impressive Samsung smart TV for your entertainment.

There are two bathrooms; one is an ensuite to the master bedroom and the main bathroom features a bathtub. There is also an outdoor shower with hot water.

The fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary amenities to make home-cooked meals. The open living room allows for family time with a cosy sofa and an extendable dining table to suit your group's needs. There is a heat pump in the living room that ensures a comfortable temperature all year round. Please note there is no TV in this space. The only TV is in the third bedroom.

There is an outdoor sofa on the suncrenched deck, and an outdoor fireplace to enjoy the summer evenings surrounded by the country gardens.

The property is fully fenced and has an electric gate.

You'll have access to the entire property during your stay. There is a double-wide driveway that is shared with the neighbours, so please be considerate and only use the right-hand side leading up to the house.

The person who makes the booking is required to meet me during check-in.
