University Ridge - 2BR/ 2BA - Newly Renovated

Calling all Red Raiders! This 2BR/2BA house is the perfect place to be for all things Texas Tech. This home has been completely redone inside and will help you feel right at home. Enjoy the new furniture, beautiful kitchen, and the awesome location that will make this place perfect for your stay in Lubbock. There is also fenced backyard for you or your pets, if needed. Reach out if you are interested in a long term or short stay at University Ridge.

This space has everything that you would need to feel comfortable and right at home.

The first bedroom and second bedrooms have queen sized beds. There are nightstands and bedside lamps as well as closet storage and a dresser for your clothes and luggage.

In the living room you'll find comfortable sofa seating that will allow you to enjoy the 65" smart TV and any of your favorite streaming services. Please plan on using your own logins for this. There is room on the couch to sleep one extra guest, but let us know if you plan on using this space so we can lay out extra bedding for your stay.

The kitchen and dining room area has everything you'll need to enjoy one of Lubbock's many restaurants or to make your own home cooked meals. There is an electric stove and microwave provided as well as pots, pans, and plenty of cooking and eating utensils. The dining area is located adjacent to the kitchen area and has seating for 6. More room is available at the bar for 4.

In the bathrooms, you'll find a tub/shower combo and vanities. There is plenty of towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for your stay.

There is a washer and dryer in the unit that you are welcome to use during your stay.

All of areas of the house are available for guest use except for the locked cleaner's closet.

Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door.

Garrott, Shawna, and Jenna are your local hosts. We are available by phone, text, or Airbnb message whenever needed. Unless it's an emergency please try to limit late night phone calls or texts. We are happy to assist guests whenever needed but we do have our own families that we take care of as well. If you need anything, just reach out.

University Ridge is located in the sough after Tech Terrace neighborhood. This property is close to campus, several coffee shops, and downtown Lubbock.

Lubbock is a large city and has poor public transportation options. It is recommended that you have your own vehicle. You can get away with ride share options such as Lyft and Uber if you need to. Main Streets are University and 34th.

Parking is available in the driveway and there is plenty of space for 2-3 cars if needed.
