Ensiluokkainen sijainti keskustassa tätä hieno 3 makuuhuoneen 2 kylpyhuoneen kalustettu ja täysin varusteltu osakehuoneisto. Makuuhuoneessa on kaksi king-vuodetta ja kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Tämä ylempi yksikkö on keskellä kaikkea mitä Charlevoix tarjoaa. Sijaitsee Townhouse-baarin yläpuolella, vastapäätä East Parkia ja Charlevoix-venesatamaa. Kävele alas nauttimaan hienosta ruokailusta ja viihteestä. Kuuntele puistojen bändejä tai kävele Michigan-järven rannalle vain kolmen korttelin päässä uimaan, pelaamaan hiekkaa ja katsomaan mahtavia auringonlaskuja. Downtown

I would have given this property a 5 star rating, the reduction in stars is to no fault of anyone. Unfortunately the properties air gave out during a very hot weekend. Barb was very responsive and apologetic about the situation. That aside, property location was perfect. We just werent able to enjoy it to its full potential due to the heat.

Great option in the heart of Charlevoix

Just returned from a 9-night stay at this lovely Bridge St. condo in Charlevoix. Have to begin by thanking Barb Murray, the property manager. She was responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which was incredibly important since the AC was unfortunately offline for the first few days of our stay. Barb kept us in the loop throughout with regard to the timeline for repairs, and went out of her way to ensure we were taken care of despite the suboptimal summer conditions. Thank you, Barb!As for the condo itself, it was perfect for our family of four. Tons of space and natural light, great kitchen and living room, and you absolutely cannot beat the location. It's such a gift to walk out the door and be right in the heart of downtown Charlevoix. We would absolutely stay here again. Only cons I can think of: 1.) Both showers are tiny. I am 6'2" so it felt like I was taking a shower in a phone booth. Not a big deal, but something to be aware of. 2.) You are upstairs of the Town House Bar so expect to hear some music at night -- actually, it's less hearing the music and more feeling the bass at times. This did not bother us at all and it didn't keep us awake or anything, but again, it is something to be mindful of if you are sensitive to this sort of thing.

Great apartment right in the center of downtown Charlevoix!

The location of what we dubbed the apartment “our home” Situated above “our bar” was perfect for walking to shopping, restaurants and cocktails! It was enjoyable watching the traffic and people over coffee every morning on “our balcony” The living area and bedrooms were very comfortable and the apartment was nice and spacious!

The main shower was a little small. We did have problem with the wifi but was settled quickly. This our third time visiting and enjoyed it every time

Great rental!

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental! The location was very convenient. The unit was spacious and comfortable for 6 adults. The property was clean and well maintained. The property management was friendly and responded to questions quickly. We will definitely consider this property in the future!

Great Location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo above Town House! I can’t imagine you’ll find a more centrally located rental than this one. It is very clean and much bigger than appears in pictures. The owners were excellent with communication and response, and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with our accommodation. The noise above the bar was noticeable at night but not A nuisance. We had two young children and they didn’t notice at all. We will definitely seek to stay here again.

Absolutely perfect!

Right in the heart of all things Charlevoix! Close to the action (which we love), clean, comfortable, spacious and ease of communication with the owner was on point. For those who are wondering if it’s loud staying above a bar - we couldn’t hear ANYTHING coming from inside the bar, and it was packed! Literally soundproof. Definitely hope to return!!

Perfect stay

The place was beautiful, large rooms, great view. Location was perfect. We stayed during the apple festival and were able to walk to the craft show, breweries and restaurants. Drove to the tunnel of trees, 40 min north and enjoyed the colors of a Michigan Autumn. Thank you Barbara we will return.

Great Location

Very clean and well equipped. A few upgrades to bathrooms and kitchen appliances (all appear to be circa 60s). Showers very small and very slippery; guest room bath shower head needs to be replaced. Balcony is wonderful to people watch and enjoy the area. I would recommend it to friends.

Looking forward to returning next year!

We've been vacationing in Charlevoix for the last 20 years. It was our first stay at this property (for 3-weeks). We TRULY enjoyed our stay: coffee/breakfast and cocktails/desserts on the balcony; hosting our daughter and son-in-law for dinner; wonderful location on the main street in downtown Charlevoix; walking to shopping, farmers market, and dining. It was very clean and comfortable. We immediately felt "at home." Barb was readily available and quickly handled a couple of minor issues. We're ready to return next summer.

We had a great stay for the Thanksgiving holiday at this lovely condo. It's very clean, and so beautiful inside! The main areas were quite roomy and it had everything we needed. Despite the colder off season weather, we enjoyed the balcony in the evening and had plenty of wiggle room in the living room and kitchen to gather. The furniture was super comfortable and we loved the location. The library, the lake, and our favorite restaurants are all close by, and after we went to Avalanche Bay for the day, we came home and watched the parade. It was such a great trip. The owner was helpful and had great communication. We would love to stay again. A couple things we recommend to guests who come during the off season; The tv's are old and did not have ANY streaming ability. Since it was wintertime, we were hoping to at least watch some family shows (commercial free) or have a movie night, listen to music, or put a fire log on the monitor to give things a holiday vibe. The owner did bring us an older DVD player, but we are used to lots of streaming options. We recommend, at the very least, swapping out the main tv in the living room for a newer one. The natural light is amazing. The two larger bedrooms do have sky lights above the beds, so if you plan to sleep in, you'll want to pack a sleep mask. It wasn't a big deal though. After reading one of the reviews about the bar below, we packed two sound machines just in case and were thankful we had these. It is loud with patrons outside, music and doors opening and closing at late hours. Having something to break up the noise is a must for a good nights sleep. Our stay was during a popular time to "go out" so we figured there'd be some noise anyway. The lower portion of the house is much colder then the upper/main area. A robe or even slippers would work wonders to keep the feet warm, and help so you don't track dirt/sand into the house upon entry. The beds needed much thicker blankets, and possibly extra ones. The owner delivered some with the DVD player, which helped and we appreciated that. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property. Great place for friends, family and more!

Charlevoix Wowed Us

Our trip was for a long weekend celebrating our wedding anniversary. This place and Charlevoix did not disappoint. As other reviewers, this place is in the center of town. We were able to walk almost everywhere. Beach… just a short walk. Mushroom houses… just a short walk. Shopping… just a short walk. Dinner and drinks… just a short walk. Even a full grocery store… just a short walk. Parking was easy with a reserved spot behind the building. The place, itself was perfect and even a little big for two people. The place is well stocked with common amenities. Almost everything seemed new or like new. The place was immaculate. The balcony/patio was perfect to just sit and people watch. The only little hiccup we had was the entry door. Since the place is above a bar, the bar’s back door is right next to the apartment’s entry door. When we were checking in, we didn’t think to lock the door as we made multiple trips to bring stuff in. A bar patron open the apartment door thinking it was the bar. They quickly realized the mistake, but it startled us. No ones fault, just something to be aware of. Our host, Barb was easy to contact. We even met her in passing. She gave us suggestions of different things going on in town. All the locals were very friendly and kind. Overall, a wonderful stay. Thanks!
