Forest Park Community offers plenty of amenities included a recreation center, a heated in-ground swimming pool, tennis courts, and a shuffleboard court to keep you busy and entertained.

Upon entering the condo, you will find a bright and open floor plan. The kitchen is right of the front door and has plenty of countertop space to prepare your family’s favorite treats! The dining room has a lovely wood table that can accommodate up to five comfortably. The living room has a large plush couch, two adjoining chairs, and gorgeous views of the mature landscaping from the patio. The patio is welcoming and quiet with seating for four.

The master bedroom awaits! Offering a queen-size bed and plenty of room to unwind after a long day of adventure. Attached is the master bathroom that has a large vanity, with a shower/tub combo and detachable showerhead. The second bedroom has a full-size bed with plenty of closet space for your personal belongings. Adjacent is the second bathroom that has a large walk-in shower with a detachable showerhead.

Don’t miss the top-rated gorgeous sandy beaches of Manasota Key Beach, Caspersen Beach, and Venice Beach. Venice Beach is known as the Shark’s Tooth Capital of the World, the Gulf waters at Caspersen Beach has converging currents that deposit all sorts of sediments for you to hunt and find. Choose from endless dining destinations or shop to your heart’s content in the charming boutiques of downtown Venice. Catch your fish of the day on the Venice Fishing Pier, or venture farther south, explore Don Pedro Island State Park accessible only by boat or ferry, where you can get lost amid the mangrove forests, dunes, and beaches. Be sure to look out for the local fauna, including West Indian manatees, tortoises, bald eagles, and Loggerhead turtles. House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. No pets per HOA.

Guests are provided keys to open the pool cover. It is one of the HOA policies to close the cover once you leave as long as nobody is in the pool. In addition, a separate key to the pool bathroom is provided.
