Todellinen DESERT SANCTUARY on juuri päivitetty ulkopuolella uusilla maaleilla kaikkialla, kuparilla peitetyllä vigalla ja uima-altaan lämmöllä aurinkopaneelien lisäksi! (Kaikki Saatavuus-välilehden päivämäärät, jotka EI ole harmaita, voidaan vuokrata!) Vähintään 3 yötä.)

Tämä 4000 neliömetrin mittatilaustyönä valmistettu ylellinen koti sijaitsee 1. 25 hehtaarin tontilla Tonton kansallismetsän juurella. Kylpyhuoneessa on spa-kaltainen kokemus His & Hers-turnauksista, poreallas, iso suihkukaappi ja valtava mukautettu vaatekaappi. Vieraat nauttivat myös muista kolmesta täysin kalustetusta makuuhuoneesta, jossa queen-vuodetta ja kylpyamme kaikilla varusteilla. Älä huolestu, jos on vähän lämmin, koska useat kattotuulettimet auttavat viilentämään aluetta! Kerää kylmillä öisin öljykivan / takan ympärille pitääksesi lämpimänä. Great place for a family vacation

We had a family wedding and rented this home to stay in. Everything was great. Tons of room for 8 adults and kids. We have two small children and the pool made the trip. Citrus trees and putting green rounded out the perfect outdoor space. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing house

This was the second time we stayed in the house. It was wonderful as usual. The added updates, TV on the patio and being able to have the pool heated were awesome. I highly recommend this house.

Great house, unique setting

2nd year we've rented from LuAnn and will be doing it again. Well equipped kitchen, many TV's for watching the Masters, and great private back yard. thx LuAnn for the new TV set-up outside.

Beautiful home, peaceful and quiet setting

We had a lovely time at Desert Sanctuary. The home was spacious and worked great for 4 couples. The kitchen was well stocked (better than my own) with every item we might need. The pool and yard were beautiful and the outdoor furniture was very comfortable. Luann was responsive to every need and provided much information about the house. We enjoyed our stay.

Beauty in all directions

This house is nicely appointed with plenty of room for large groups. We had 8 people and everyone had their privacy. The home is close to some cool trail heads and not far from really good restaurants. Watch for awesome sunrises and sunsets. This house has everything you would want!!

Family Spring Break

What a great spot. Everything was perfect except for the pool heat. If the pool was heated, this would have been the most perfect spring break. Not being able to swim due to frigid water...was a downer.

Relaxing getaway.

This property was immaculate and well cared for. The location couldn't have been better as it was close (within a 5 minute drive) to multiple local trails. We were looking for a place that was quiet where we could unwind, spend some time in the sun and outdoors - this was definitely it. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook most of our meals from home. The pool was a great escape from the weather! Will definitely be back!

Relaxing, roomy retreat

As a group of 3 couples, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room to spread out and the backyard was a great place to relax. We could play cards at the high breakfast table area, have a sit down dinner in the dining room, or eat out as a group on the back patio. The kitchen was fully stocked and we cooked a couple of meals. It is in a quiet area and though it was a little drive to anywhere, we enjoyed being in that environment. There were lots of activities within a short drive and it was a wonderful vacation!

You won’t be disappointed

What a beautiful home. It was far out enough from the city for the peace and quiet but close enough to enjoy anything in town as well. I highly recommend this home to anyone. LuAnn was amazing in taking care of all our needs, she got back with us super fast. The pool was amazing and the back yard has so much to do. You need to stay here if you are in Scottsdale! We will be back.

Beautiful house with lots of room and amenities. Enjoyed the pool, kiva and putting green!

We really enjoyed the house. It was nice and roomy for our family. The pool, kiva and putting green provided lots of fun. Only drawback and it’s pretty big. We were way too far away from stores and ‘civilization ‘ in general. We did not enjoy driving at least 30 minutes to a grocery store or restaurant. Also, last 1/4 mile of road was dirt and full of deep potholes. Pretty ridiculous, actually.

Peaceful and serene retreat

We chose this place as a reunion for a small group of friends who are also writers. We wanted a quiet place away from it all where we could read, write, talk about writing. The house was ideal for this purpose as it's pretty remote (about 20 mins drive to get to stores) and quiet. We loved the pool and the landscaping in the backyard. The views from the balconies were great too. 3 of the bedrooms had adjoining balconies, which was really nice. It's a great spot to get away from it all while still having all the modern conveniences. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, gadgets. The only issues we had was the oven was in need of cleaning, and the wash that is in front of the driveway was a bit tricky to drive over with my low car. The leather couches are comfy and keep you cool. The owners were helpful and quick to respond to all inquiries before and during our stay. We really enjoyed ourselves and would stay again!

Super vacation in the desert!

We had a wonderful stay in our vacation home in Scottsdale. The listing was very accurate, and when we arrived were very impressed with the amenities, the cleanliness of the home, and the care with which the home had been maintained previously. The owner kept in constant touch with us, was extremely easy to work with, and was very concerned to correct any discrepancies that arose. A couple of minor issues came up during our stay but were very quickly addressed and corrected. I would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting a private, desert vacation in the Scottsdale area. The pool was especially wonderful for the kids and the adults...always perfectly cleaned and the perfect temperature! And the giant kitchen didn't hurt either! All of us enjoyed the nearness of the home to all of Scottsdale's attractions. We enjoyed golf, and the kids enjoyed the amusements and activities such as mini-golf, mini-race cars, and mini-boats. We especially enjoyed some of the local restaurants like Jalapeno Inferno (Mexican) and PF Changs (Chinese). Everything was wonderful, and I would recommend the home to anyone looking for a quiet getaway in Scottsdale. Great home, great amentities, great location, and a great vacation!

Amazing house

There were 7 adults staying in the house and it was perfect, if we wanted alone time there was the space to do it. Our only disappointment was the pool it never warmed up enough for us to go in, as it is solar heated what it gained during the day, it would lose overnight due to the much cooler temperatures at night. Perhaps a solar blanket would be the answer. Our stay was the month of March - later in the season it is probably not a problem. The owners were very quick to respond when there was any issues. I would highly recommend this vacation rental to my friends. We even took advantage of the putting green. 5 of us were golfers and golfed at several courses in the area Orange Tree and Starfire topping the list. We took in a hockey game and a baseball game as well. We did the train trip of Verde Canyon well worth it. Lots of activities to occupy your time. This home has the best equipped kitchen of any vacation rental we have been to and the plus was having sharp knives. In my opinion it was a 10 out of 10. Carole Gowan

Spacious, Quiet, Beautiful and Comfortable

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful house for a week in June, 2012. The house's photos on this web site don't fully convey the spaciousness and the beauty of this house. It's a gem. The air conditioning system, with separate zones for the first and second floors, quietly and efficiently maintained a comfortable climate in the house even though outside temperatures soared to well over 100 degrees every day we were there. Bring you bathing suit. The swimming pool is a nice feature, and the wall around the back yard makes the pool surprisingly private. The views from the windows and balconies of the house are gorgeous: Desert expanse dotted with desert flora, with mountains in the distance. The owner provided excellent service to us as we prepared for our stay, and she was a pleasure to work with. Renters should be aware that the property offers no phone service, local or otherwise; and while we were there, cell-phone sevice was quite spotty, both in the house and for a few miles surrounding it. The house has a secure wi-fi network, which was completely reliable while we were there, so this might offer renters the possibility of a Skype-type solution for phoning needs. Overall, we were very happy with our stay at this house. We can't imagine a better place for us to have stayed in the Scottsdale area.

Luxury in the Desert

LuAnn's house is a great place to stay in the North Scottsdale area. Large house with great amenities. All well stocked with up to date features. Great areas to chill. Large living and dining rooms and a great den upstairs with bar. TV'S everywhere. Access to 2 car garage. The other is filled with some other great adult toys which aren't available. Great outdoor areas. The pool was heated more than adequately but the weather didn't give us much chance to use it. The fourth bathroom is on the main floor and since we chose this property mainly because we wanted 4 bdrms and 4 bathrooms this was a minor issue. Access to this property is also a mile along a dirt road amd 30 minutes from anything. For us playing golf at Troon and the Boulders mainly, that was not an issue. Overall, a great place for golfers or a large family.

Great rental

The house was great, the pool and grill worked well, overall a great rental property. Lots of golf nearby if that's your thing.

Fabulous Home!

My husband and I spent 10 days at this wonderful home. Everything about this property was top notch: comfortable bed, great linens, clean, incredible kitchen, warm pool, fabulous yard (we spent time each day putting and chipping) and very helpful and responsive owners. We chose the location in Rio Verde because it was close to the Four Seasons where we attended the wedding of a close friend’s son during the time that we were there. We were thrilled to discover that the area is jam-packed with incredible places to hike and wonderful golf courses, while maintaining a distinctly non-urban, natural desert feel. We will be back!

Not my expectations

First just wanted to say LuAnn tried but price value was poor. She even credit me back and thought it was more than should have been. Start with pool not heating,LuAnn tried but 2days later was good. Inside lots of stains carpet cob webs as they said no one could come clean ok, but full garbage can , mouse dead on porch by back door, stain on carpet everywhere, dust had to clean everything including bending. Curtains dishevaled. Came front door leaves and dented everywhere. Would have expected bett. Even blankets where piled in closet and had to wash as weren't sure if they had been used. All I can say as roof over our head that's about it. REALLY DISAPPOINTED as was special occasion and quite honestly was embarrassed with accomodations.

While groceries and night life are not just a 5 minute drive, the peace and quiet at night viewing the stars and sunrises in the morning over Four Peaks while drinking our coffee are worth it! Hiking and UTV trails are so close and abundant!
