The backyard is surrounded by professional lush landscaping for your privacy. The heated pool and spa is half covered to keep cool from the Florida heat. Light up the gas grill for a bar-b-que with family as you enjoy the covered siting area with a large wall mounted TV. As you enter this beach house you are greeted by a foyer and game room that offers ground level access to the pool area. Guests also have access to the 2 car garage. On the main level (first level up) you will find the kitchen, living room, king ensuite, bunk room ensuite as well as the half bath. The top floor features two queen ensuites, one of which has access to a private balcony overlooking the charming beach street. Just off the main stairwell on the top floor is a door that leads to the roof top deck offering 360-degree views of Anna Maria Island, featuring Gulf views!!

*Pools are heated from approximately Thanksgiving to Easter only and are set no higher than 80 degrees. Spa temperatures default to the pool temperature when not in use and are able to reach 100 Degrees under normal weather circumstances. During colder weather, we cannot guarantee that the pool/spa can be maintained to that degree. No refunds, credits or discounts will be offered if the pool/spa temperature cannot be maintained due to unusually cold weather*...
