Our home is privately situated on the north side of the community with thousands of acres of preserved woodland behind our home. With 3 bedrooms, a den, 3 full bathrooms and a heated pool and spa, our seasonal rental home is set up to allow our guests to have an immersive experience in the SW Florida subtropical paradise.

Our community is located at the eastern end of Bonita Beach Road in Bonita Springs, Fl. The community has wonderful modern amenities including tennis courts, a lap pool, a resort style pool with waterfall, a heated spa and a large deck with many seating and lounging options. There are multiple onsite dining and bar options with both formal and informal options. We can't wait to have you enjoy our home!

The Space:
Welcome to our spacious seasonal rental home, a true haven for those seeking a monthly or longer retreat. This meticulously crafted 2200+ square feet sanctuary encompasses three bedrooms, a den, and three full-sized bathrooms, ensuring your comfort and convenience during your extended stay.

As you step into the main bedroom suite, you'll be greeted by a luxurious escape. A king-sized bed beckons you to unwind and rejuvenate, complemented by a lavishly appointed en suite bathroom. This tranquil bedroom offers direct access to the pool and lanai, providing a serene view of the wooded preserve that graces the backdrop of our exclusive community.

The second and third bedrooms are equally inviting, both featuring queen-sized beds that promise restful nights. Bedroom #2 boasts an attached en suite bathroom (#2) for added privacy, while the third bathroom is conveniently situated between the den and the third bedroom.

The heart of this home is the open central space where the kitchen, dry bar, wine fridge, family room, and dining room seamlessly blend. Here, the rooms flow together effortlessly, extending to the outdoor lanai, creating a harmonious and inviting atmosphere perfect for entertaining or relaxation.

Bonita National has top of the line luxurious amenities for all ages and interests. There are 8 Har-Tru Tennis courts with a very active Tennis center, there is a state of the art Fitness and Group Exercise room and many different types of available classes including Boot Camp, Spin, Pilates, Water Aerobics, Yoga and much more! Bonita National has the U-Topia Spa onsite which offers a variety of different services including facials, massages and body treatments. There is a combination resort style pool with a waterfall and spa along with a lap pool. There is a very large pool deck with chaise loungers, umbrellas, and more! Onsite dining options include the the Poolside Cafe for quick bites and drinks and the grill room in the Golf Clubhouse with lunch and dinner menus along with a full bar. Please note - this home does not come with a transferable golf membership -it comes with a transferable social membership.

The pool at this home is heated to 85 degrees when appropriate. The temperature of the pool can fluctuate depending on local weather conditions.

This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all of your needs while you are staying in this property.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Bonita Springs is a large metro area. The Fort Myers International Airport is about a 25 minute drive from Bonita National

**This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property can not be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. There is an additional application fee NOT INCLUDED WITH THIS RESERVATION AND MUST BE PAID DIRECTLY TO MIKE Z RENTALS - $426. This paperwork and reservation agreement will be automatically sent upon confirmation of booking.

This is a self check in property. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and HOA approval has been received.
