Each cottage boasts a unique character and all the modern amenities required for a comfortable stay. With spacious living areas, well-equipped kitchens, and multiple bedrooms, there's plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. Our property is also pet friendly.
The Space:
The first cottage is designed for communal living and nature enthusiasts. Its open-concept living and kitchen area welcomes the outdoors with sliding doors that seamlessly blend the interior with the natural surroundings. Upstairs, you'll find two cozy bedrooms that offer a tranquil retreat. A central bathroom completes this cottage, providing convenience and comfort for the occupants.
The second cottage has ground level retreat. This space is thoughtfully designed to provide young ones with their own special area. It features a convenient kitchenette for snacks and drinks, a bathroom for easy access, and a laundry room for added convenience. The living space in this cottage is furnished with a comfortable couch and a table, creating the perfect setting for kids to hang out, play games, and enjoy their own little getaway. This arrangement ensures that both adults and children can have an enjoyable and relaxing getaway, making it an excellent choice for families with kids.
The second story of the second cottage offers a delightful retreat. It includes two additional bedrooms, adding to the accommodations for larger groups and families. A well-appointed bathroom ensures everyone's comfort and convenience. The beautiful kitchen and dining area provides an inviting space for preparing and enjoying meals together. To top it off, there's a cozy lounge area, nestled amidst the treetops, creating a serene environment for reading a book or savoring a drink while enjoying the natural surroundings. The outdoor area is expansive and thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and entertainment. It is secured by a gate for privacy and safety. The outdoor amenities include a heated spa for luxurious relaxation, sun lounges for soaking up the sun, and a spacious covered dining area, perfect for al fresco meals and gatherings. For cozy evenings, there's a fire pit where guests can gather around toast some marshmallows and enjoy each others company. The property also provides ample parking space, ensuring that guests have convenience and peace of mind when it comes to accommodating their vehicles.

TERMS OF BOOKING
1. We do not accept any parties, schoolies or events due to strict council regulations at any of our properties.
2. There are minimum age requirements for this property.
3. A $1000 bond will be taken after booking
4. All bookings will be confirmed once our vetting process has been completed
*Nightly rates quoted are for short stays, special offer rates are available for longer stays by visiting the Ember Property website.
Kindly be aware that for stays exceeding three weeks, an additional cleaning fee will apply. Guests have the option to schedule this extra cleaning midway through their stay, or if preferred this can be deep cleaned at the end of the extended stay.

Welcome to the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, we sincerely hope you enjoy your stay. This property is registered under the Mornington Peninsula Shire Short Stay Rental Accommodation Local Law. Guests of this property must ensure they read and follow the requirements of the Code of Conduct during their stay.
The Code of Conduct requires guests to:
• Behave responsibly during your stay. Loud yelling, screaming, cheering and aggressive behaviour is NOT acceptable and may result in the early termination of your stay if a complaint is received by Council
• No additional accommodation is permitted on site such as tents, caravans, campervans
• Do not use outdoor areas for activity between 9.30pm/10pm see house rules to 8.00 am
• Place all waste into the bins provided prior to leaving
• Park all vehicles within the property boundary. Occupant and visitor cars cannot be parked out on the street or on nature strip areas
