As this is a suite that is attached to our home, no parties or events.

House Rules:
-There is no smoking on the property ( including vaping )
-Parties and loud noises will not be tolerated
-Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am to respect all neighbours.
-Only the number of registered guests are allowed to stay in the house
-NO PETS allowed
