The space
This unit has a private beach and private swim dock.

Relax in the comfortable living room, complete with a plush sofa, flat-screen TV, and board games for your entertainment.

Prepare your favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen, featuring modern appliances, cookware, and a dining area.

Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE: This is a brand-new development and there is still some construction in the surrounding area. At the moment, the house next door is under construction.

The house has a lower suite which is also a rental.

House Rules:
-There is no smoking on the property ( including vaping )
-Parties and loud noises will not be tolerated
-Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am to respect all neighbours.
-NO PETS allowed
-Only the number of registered guests are allowed to stay in the house

**If not followed you will be asked to leave and you could be fined.**

Kaatza Adventures is located at the private beach and marina attached to North Shore Estates. Where you can rent kayaks, water bikes, paddle boards & canoes.
