Guests have the privilege of using the Northstar Shuttles, which take you directly from the front doorstep of this house to skiing a mere 5-minute shuttle ride to and back (avoiding traffic after a long day of skiing) from the Village at Northstar. In the summer, take the shuttle to the Northstar Golf Course and Village, or enjoy a 20-minute walk/hike to the Village. Additionally, access to the Tompkins Memorial Trail for hiking around Northstar and the Martis Valley is readily available via trailheads right down the street in either direction.


As a guest, you also have exclusive access to the Northstar Property Owners Association Recreation Center*, including Jacuzzis, Sauna, Gym, Pickleball Courts, Tennis Courts, Swimming Pool, Kids' Splash Pad, Arcade Room, and a spacious lounge area, thoughtfully set up for work or relaxation.


This property has a bear bin for trash and you do not  to take your trash to the Northstar Trash Bins via car like you do with some other properties In Northstat.

* Pets are NOT allowed in this home and violation of this policy will be subject to a minimum fine of $1,000

* NO Smoking in or outside of home and violation of this policy will be subject to a minimum fine of $1,000
