Your vehicles are well taken care of with a convenient double carport and additional space for a third car in the driveway.

As you step through the bright sea blue front door, you enter a living room with a comfy couch and TV. Adjacent to the front sitting room is the first two bedrooms. One bedroom features a queen bed overlooking the front garden with mature Australian natives, while the other has two single beds. The entire house is bathed in natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen/dining/lounge area, a comfortable space for family gatherings. The generously sized kitchen is equipped for holiday feasts, complete with a breakfast bench, stools, and a dishwasher for added convenience. The dining table for six is conveniently located by sliding doors leading to the patio, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor dining experience. The lounge area, with its cozy couch, is perfect for unwinding in the evenings while dinner is being prepared and the reverse cycle air conditioning keeps you cool and cozy no matter the season.

The hallway guides you past the main bathroom and laundry to the Master Bedroom, offering complete privacy. This retreat boasts a queen-sized bed with relaxing views into the rear yard, ample wardrobe space, and an ensuite for added convenience.
There are also 2 Ikea sofa beds with bedding.
