House Tranquil "Gringo Hill" - Casa Paraiso del Pacifico - Central Sayulita

Meidän kahden makuuhuoneen - kolme kylpyhuone-talo sijaitsee edellä kaupungin Sayulita on Gringo Hill. Tämä paikka on 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä kaupungin aukiolle ja ranta - pois melusta ja ruuhkautumisesta pysyä kaupungissa tai rannalla. Kotimme on panoraamanäkymät merelle ylemmän aurinkokansi. Kotimme on täysin kalustettu keittiö, jossa erittäin mukava laitteet. Kaikki astiat, keittiövälineet, ja tarvikkeet ovat laadukkaita. Kun keittiö löydät eniten kohteita täytyy kokki niin suuri tai pieni kuin haluat. Vieressä keittiö ja olohuone on aamiaisbaari Seurusteluruoanlaittoon tai vain puhua ja käydä, kun kokki on keittiössä. Keittiön takana, meillä on pesutupa sekä pesukone ja kuivaaja.

Suurin vieraillemme, nauttia ateriansa verannalla, jossa meillä on hyvä kaikissa sää ruokapöytä ja tuolit. Veranta näkymät uima-altaalle ja puutarhaan. Verannalla, löydät riippumatto joka on mukava rentoutua. Myös runsaasti tuoleja vieraille rentoutua ja nauttia näkymistä.

Kotimme hallinnoi Maria Jimenez. Maria on vanhasta ja hyvin arvostettu Sayulita perhe ja on asunut Pueblo koko ikänsä. Maria tapaa sinut talon ja suunnata teitä. We had an amazing week! The house was perfect for our family: 2 adults, 2 teenagers. The grounds were beautiful, the pool was relaxing and the views (from all vantage points throughout the property were amazing. Inside was very comfortable and stocked with everything to make us feel at home. There’s so much space to enjoy and relax. John made everything so easy and his attention to detail made our trip planning seamless. Maria was a great contact on-site as well. We would definitely stay here again. 100% recommend.

A Peaceful Paradise

This was the perfect retreat for our stay in Sayulita! The house offered the ideal balance of privacy and convenience. It’s just a short 10-minute walk to the town square and beach, yet far enough from the noise and bustle to truly relax and unwind.The home itself is beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained. The pool was a highlight—perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring. The upper sundeck provided stunning panoramic ocean views, and we especially loved sitting up there in the evenings, watching the incredible lightning shows from nearby storms. It was such a peaceful and memorable experience.Maria was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She made sure we were oriented to the house and was always available to assist with anything we needed. From arranging taxis to connecting us with a boat captain for a snorkeling excursion, Maria went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and enjoyable.

Fantastic Property!

The property was amazing. Our 3 boys ages 16, 14, and 12 loved the pool and the home had great sleeping arrangements for them. The location was perfect for our family. An easy walk for the beach and to get to the downtown restaurants and street food. We made the walk 3-4 times per day during our week in Sayulita. John was easy to communicate with and Maria was a great resource during our stay.

Absolutely fantastic stay!

We were beyond thrilled with our stay at Casa Paraiso del Pacifico! John was very helpful before our trip in providing detailed information about the house and Sayulita. He also helped us arrange transportation to and from the airport, as well as a golf cart rental. The location of the house is superb! It is right up the hill from the main plaza so it is super easy to enjoy the all the liveliness of town and then head up the hill for quiet, peaceful relaxation. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with tropical plants and the house has authentic Mexican decor. The house was well provisioned. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The views from the 2nd floor and roof top patios were exquisite. We felt so fortunate to be able to stay here! Thank you John for sharing your incredible home with us :)

Perfectly Perfect

From the start of the rental you’re introduced to Maria who cares for the property and she sets up your weekend ahead of time or during your stay from transport to and from the airport to fishing, rentals, personal chefs, whatever ya need! The house is very clean with a good size plunge pool for those hot afternoons or early morning wake ups. You are above Sayulita so it’s quiet! You’re also exposed to the cooling breeze that comes up the hill. Wonderful views! The street is beautiful and lush. I can’t wait to stay again! An anniversary for the books :)

I wish it was my house

From beginning to the end, the owner John and the local property manager Maria satisfied all of our questions, wants and needs. Maria helped book a fishing trip and snorkeling for my family. The house is beautiful, well maintained and was very clean upon arrival. I think the only thing missing was a TV in the master bedroom. After a long day at the beach, and the kids are asleep, it would have been nice to watch a movie with my wife from the comfort of the bedroom. The town and beach are a short walk down the hill. Many people rent golf carts, we preferred to walk. If you have never driven in this area, I highly recommend renting a SUV or truck with higher ground clearance. We went down many roads that grinded and scraped the bottom of our Nissan rental car. We would definitely rent this home again in the future. A wonderful home and experience. Thank you.

Roomy Spot for a Family

Highlights: Maria--the house manager is wonderful. She is so kind, makes herself as available as you need, and has a deep knowledge of Sayulita. There is plenty of room for a family especially for a longer stay. Lots of room to spread out and enjoy various activities together or privately. The pool area looks shady in the online photos but got plenty of sun throughout the day to enjoy sunbathing poolside even in the winter months. The garden areas are beautifully maintained and gorgeous. The house has a lived-in family vibe--not too precious or designer-y with sturdy furniture and a handful of traditional pieces like the four-poster bed and the bedroom wardrobe. Some items are quite dated. The views are stunning and it is so close to town--walking distance from everywhere. What to know: The kitchen is well appointed with everything you will need if you like to cook. Pans are older teflon and most of the items are somewhat flimsy and new-ish or fragile from wear, again slightly dated. Filtered water is provided and the supply is refreshed weekly. Nights in Sayulita can be LOUD! I doubt it matters where you stay. Pack earplugs! Minisplit units upstairs and down are available if you need them (we did not) but make the space easy to cool. The living room can definitely accommodate five people or even six but the seating is probably only comfortable for longer stretches for about three of those people.The neighbors are great. The house was perfect for our longer stay.

Amazing Sayulita Stay

5 stars all the way! The Villa was beautiful, spacious and very well equipped and the private pool was a treat. The town of Sayulita was amazing, so friendly, great food and beautiful little boutiques everywhere. The beach was great to walk every day and we were impressed with how clean it was. We will definitely be back, thank you John for giving us the opportunity to discover your beautiful home and town.

Great location! Beautiful home!

This amazing house is in the perfect location, just a short walk up the hill from town. Our family did not use a golf cart and the walk up the hill was a nice way to end the day and made the cold beer taste even better when we got "home". What made this trip more memorable was the support and care of John (home owner) and Maria (house manager). From the pickup at the airport to the suggestions of activities, restaurants and gym, we felt we had our own private concierge. Communication with John and Maria was prompt and very helpful. Do not hesitate to book this property! You will not be disappointed!

Loved Every Minute! A True Gem!

I cannot say enough about our experience at John and Molly's little slice of heaven!! We wanted to find the perfect spot for our two families to experience Mexico, in a relaxing setting...and we found it!! Everyone loved the location (the perfect distance, just a short walk up, from the adorable town of Sayulita) and the comforts of home provided by the amazing hosts and local team of helpers. From the moment we arrived at the airport, John had everything arranged for us- airport transfer, stop at the grocery, golf cart delivery. He was the most kind and thorough host I've had the pleasure of working with...and, we've traveled a lot. We felt so cozy and safe at the house, with all of the modern amenities and comfy beds. The many outdoor spaces offered plenty of room to spread out and relax. The house is decorated with impeccable taste in art and full of beautiful ,thoughtful details. The layout worked well for our group, with bedrooms w/ bathrooms on two separate levels. We loved walking down the little cobblestone lane in the mornings to get coffee at one of the many great spots, followed by a stroll on the beach and a little shopping at the many stands on our way back "home". The kids spent countless hours in the pool and we prepared several meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The newer washer and drier were appreciated! I could go on and on, but in a nutshell, look no further! This is truly the perfect spot to unwind, get a taste of culture, and enjoy the magic of Sayulita! Thank you so much, John and Molly for sharing you gorgeous home with our families! We're already dreaming of returning...

Perfect , relaxing stay.

Golf cart was not necessary- we enjoyed the trip up hill. Could not have asked for a better spot- would definitely book again and transportation from airport was a breeze with John and Maria’s coordination! Such a special spot and room for teenagers to spread out and get away from their sometimes annoying mom!

Paradise

We loved John’s place! Everything was perfect! We loved all the cozy little places to sit and enjoy within the place. By the pool or the numerous different decks. We actually enjoyed the little hike up and down the hill into town and to the beach. We would definitely recommend as a nice quiet place for families, but still close to the bustling town and beach.

I have traveled to this part of Mexico since 1969. As a young person, I surfed most of the Mexican Coastline from San Blas to the Guatemalan Boarder. My wife and I are still avid surfers and love Sayulita for its variety of waves.

When our son was 10 years old, I wanted to take him back to where his Mom and I had surfed as teenagers and he fell in love with Sayulita. Many of the kids he surfed with are still his friends to this day.

We choose Sayulita because if is close to a major city - Puerto Vallarta with all the creature comforts - but far enough out of the tourist zones to be a quiet family destination. This area of Mexico has be very safe for many years, which was a concern for us as we looked for a home. Sayulita is still very safe and we enjoy surfing there when we can. Our son spent many summers there with our house manager Maria Jimenez and her family and still loves to get away to Sayulita with his family. We have all gotten into Paddle Boarding in the surf, so Sayulita is one of our favorite places to enjoy our new challenge.
