Timing was late August, so beach and restaurants weren't crowded. Elevators and carts in condos made getting to/from unit VERY convenient. Unit was clean and well stocked.

We have stayed here multiple times, our favorite condo in the building. The best layout for our family and the best view. Our only issue was the dryer which woild not dry our clothes so we vscuumed the lint trap and wow. Its been like that for a couple years. O t herwise, perfect as usual!

Good location for a family visit. Was able to watch the sting rays flying through the ocean. Loved the elevator to get our things to the condo and back to the car.

Gorgeous and Cozy

This condo has been our absolute favorite! The place is just gorgeous, but also has little details that make it feel so cozy. Quiet area and covered parking were awesome. We didn’t have to lug beach stuff in and out of the condo. They had everything you could think of including fans and extra throw blankets. We saw so many cool things from the balcony! The only bad part was having to pack up and leave.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was more than we expected! Actually, we were convinced the balcony was not beachfront as the picture wasn't clear and because of the price. We were so delightfully surprised it was a beachfront balcony! And having a wonderful restaurant across the street was very convenient!

Our rental was well outfitted with some fun extras (two wine refrigerators!) Walked to dinner at Peg Leg Pete's. Only negatives are that a little maintenance needs to be done (torn furniture and broken chairs)and the cleaning crew did not do a good job prior to our arrival. Sand in the sheets meaning they were not washed. Ew. But I'd definitely rent here again and recommend to others.

Relaxing Weekend Getaway

This property was absolutely amazing! We are local to Pensacola and booked this condo for Blue's Weekend, however, they ended up cancelling the show so we decided to make the best of our beach getaway. The check in process was very easy- all keyless and keypad entry to the property which was nice. The condo is located on the top floor next to the stairwell so it's more private than the other units. This building is directly across the street from Peg Leg Pete's which is where the adults stopped in the evenings to have a drink/appetizer. We loved the beach decor and high end furnishings! If I had a beach house- this is exactly how I'd decorate it. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for the trip. The 2 mini wine coolers located in the bar area and master bedroom were very useful as well. We appreciated all the little beach signs and sayings around the house. The pool was great in the evenings after being on the beach all day. We also enjoyed the spacious hot tub. The only comments I can think of for future occupants- make sure you shut the sliding back door and front door all the way as it seemed to get stuck often. Apparently if it isn't closed all the way the air conditioning unit will not cool the place down. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your gorgeous beach home! Many memories were made. We hope to stay here again in the future :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo and location.!!! All bedrooms did not have room darkening shades so the sun was always an issue in the condo. The dryer vent was soooo full of lint that the dryer would not dry. We got up on chairs to empty it ourselves. The master bedroom was NOT cool at all and even after the AC people arrived for service to tell us it was a dirty AC filter only and it would soon cool, it never did cool. I saw the filter and it was obvious it was not changed in a long long time. The master room STILL did not cool. So our last night we slept on the couches. The hood light was burned our. We usually use rent by owners on not thru a rental service and the attention to all these details once again validated that they are only interested in quick turn around of renters and not the details that owners pay attention to. We will not use a service again and will continue to rent by owners.

What a fabulous trip! The accommodations were just perfect. The location couldn't have been better. After a brief hiccup when we initially arrived, communication was top notch and the customer service was on point. We'll be back for sure!

Fabulous

We loved this property and would def come back. It was perfect for either a family or a group of friends. Beds were very comfy. View was fabulous. Enjoyed that it came with two beach service chairs.
