Uusi graniitti työtasot! Edullista on avainsana perheystvllisiin Baywatch Condominiums. Tämä kahden makuuhuoneen, kahden kylpy yksikkö on valoisa ja ilmava. Nauti kauniista näkymistä Santa Rosa Sound ja Baywatch oma Sandy Beach ja Duck Pond omalta parvekkeelta. Pyörällä ja kävellen on helppo kävellä tai ajaa Peg Leg Pete, Fort Pickens State Park tai rannalla lahden puolella ... tai vain nauttia pehmeä liplatusta aallot ääni puolella. Yksityinen valaistu laituri on suuri kalastukseen tai nauttia auringonlaskusta. Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode 32 "seinälle taulu tv (myös oma ovi johtaa parvekkeelle). Kylpyhuoneessa on suihkukaappi, ei kylpyamme. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi yli koko kerrossänky taulutelevisio / DVD (täydellinen lapsille). Olohuone on uusi (1/2016) 43 "taulutelevisio / DVD ja vuodesohva. Pesukone ja kuivuri yksikössä. Langaton internet ja kaapeli-tv. Grillausmahdollisuus ja piknikpöytien näkymät ääni tarjoavat erinomaisen ranta ruokasali tilaisuus. Sidotut autotalli kahdelle autolle. Vaihtoehdot ovat rajattomat kuten auringon ja hauskaa, joten tule Pensacola Beach ja kotiin upea muistoja ilmaiseksi! Tämä yksikkö sijaitsee toisessa kerroksessa ilman hissiä. The location is great and the house is clean. The keyless lock was not working very well and I had to call to reset the code upon check-in. The mattress in the master bedroom is a little shaggy and no coffee pods provided. Overall, it’s an ok place to stay for a weekend escape.

Excellent stay

Nice unit. 2nd floor, great view. Comfortable beds, fully equipped and reasonably priced. Management is responsive and very cooperative. Highly recommend.

Nice place on the bay to swim or fish

Kids could fish off of the dock. There was a small beach to lay out or swim. Good place for a family with kids. Will visit again.

The condo is located across the street from the beach but the beach side condo's are gated so you have to drive to the beach. I really enjoyed how the television and appliances were up to date. Also there was plenty of room for everyone. Another feature that I found very nice was that we were walking distance from the beach, and the trolley ran from the condo to town which made getting around very easy. Thank you so much for setting up such a nice place for my family and me to stay on our vacation.

Great Location - Didn't plan to stay inside much anyway...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The floors had long course black hair all over them when we arrived and one of the tubs didn't drain. They did send someone over to fix the drain pretty quickly though. The living area was nice, but small for our 6 member family (it sleeps 6, but doesn't really have much room for all 6 for hanging out). The kitchen was VERY small, so if you plan to cook most of your meals just be prepared. Being just across the street from the beach was nice and we ended up spending most of our time there anyway.

I had stayed in this same property 2 years earlier and the company had no record of my stay due to a new computer system. However, they still gave me a return stay discount which I thought was just amazing. It made me want to use this company for all my travels to Pensacola. The property was newly remodeled and so clean. We especially loved the added touch of beach toys!!! Another positive aspect was the speed at which i received my deposit back and the politeness of the staff. Great experience overall!!!!
