Surfwatch House is one of three guest suites available on the property. The space has been architecturally designed, with gorgeous interiors and mid-century furniture. The newly renovated accommodation will be the perfect destination for your upcoming holiday.

The house has two bedrooms, a spacious lounge with a fireplace, a large kitchen, and a gorgeous bathroom with a bath and shower. The kitchen overlooks the gardens and ocean and is supplied with a kettle, toaster, gas stove top, oven and large fridge. Sliding doors open out to the gardens and deck, and a BBQ.

The property is located 10 minutes north of Kaikoura, a beautiful beach town known for whale watching, fishing, surfing, and cycling trails. Mangamaunu Beach is a 2-minute walk down the driveway, perfect for a morning stroll, swimming, or fishing off the beach. The beach is home to many native New Zealand birds and also the New Zealand fur seals.
