Welcome to our beachside retreat! Our place has everything you need for a weekend getaway or a longer beach holiday, with plenty of space for families, couples or small groups.

An easy walk to Main St to enjoy one of the many fabulous restaurants on offer, and beautiful beaches close by, means you can ditch the car if you choose to stay local.

We have decorated our property with a coastal feel so it is a great place to get away from the city and relax. There is ducted heating to keep you warm during the winter months, and air conditioning and ceiling fans to keep you cool over summer.

Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a king size bed, ceiling fan and built in robes.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan and built in robes.
The third bedroom has a double bed with a single bunk above and built in robes.

Kitchen and Dining
We love cooking so we have set up the space with everything we think you may need for your stay.
Our dining table seats 6 guests comfortably so there's plenty of space for an impromptu diner party or a night in with a takeaway.
We love coffee so there's an espresso machine and coffee available for our guests.

Lounge area
The lounge area has a large three seater sofa, an armchair and an ottoman, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. We also have a beanbag for extra comfy seating which we keep in the 3rd bedroom.
We have a smart tv for the nights when you want to stay in and chill.

Outdoors
To the rear is a patio area with a barbecue, outdoor dining, sun umbrella and two sun loungers for those lovely summer days.
Step into the side garden and you’ll find a herb patch and a lemon tree that you are welcome to use if you choose to cook during your stay.
At the front of the property is a small garden oasis. Its a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee or catch some afternoon sun.

The property has a fully equipped bathroom with bath and shower, a separate toilet, and a separate laundry.

Beach towels are available for guests. We also have beach umbrellas in the garage for your trips to the beautiful local beaches.

Free wifi is included in your stay.

Discounts for weekly and monthly stays. For stays longer than a month please reach out to discuss.

We have been hosting our beach house on another platform for almost 3 years and have had many bookings and positive reviews. We have recently decided to add Stayz to our listing and we look forward to hosting our first guests through this platform.

We are originally from the UK, and began living in Australia in 2007. We love to travel, eat local food and experience new cultures.
Having lived in Melbourne for more than 10 years, the Peninsula has been our favorite spot for weekends away. We are overjoyed to now have our very own beach house and we hope that you enjoy the area as much as we do.

We have been hosting our beach house on another platform for almost 3 years and have had many bookings and positive reviews. We have recently decided to add Stayz to our listing and we look forward to hosting our first guests through this platform.

We absolutely love Mornington! Here is why:

Beaches
The closest beach (and our favourite) is Fisherman's Beach and it is only an 8 minute stroll. The water is calm and deep enough to have a good swim. It also tends to be a bit quieter than some of the more well known beaches on the peninsula. There's also a lovely cafe close by for lunch and a coffee.
Mother's Beach and Mill's Beach are both a short walk away and are beautiful.
Mount Martha beach is a five minute drive, and a bit of a tourist hotspot. From here you can continue on to explore all of the gorgeous beaches the peninsula has to offer.

Mornington
The food scene in Mornington has something for everyone, you'll find a range of cafes, restaurants and bars to suit any need.
There is lovely range of boutique shops and independent retailers if your in the mood for browsing.

Surrounding area
There is so much to explore! Some of our favorites: wineries of Red Hill, Peninsula Hot Springs and the view from Arthurs Seat.
Getting around
Mornington Main Street is walking distance (20 mins) or a short drive away.
Fisherman’s Beach is walking distance (8 minutes).

Taxis/ubers are usually available - there’s a taxi rank in Mornington town centre
