Jos etsit koko perheen tai kaikkien ystävien sijaintia yhdessä, älä etsi enää! Tällä ominaisuudella on todella kolme yksikköä: kaunis maalaistalotyylisessä kodissa on kolme makuuhuonetta, täysin remontoitu lato, joka on loistava sekoitus maalaismaista ja modernia, ja viehättävä mökki. Ladossa on makuuhuone kylpyhuoneella ja mahtava kerrossänky, jossa on kaksi kerrossänkyä ja ohjaamon sänky! Lapset (ja aikuiset) rakastavat sitä varmasti. Mökissä on yksi makuuhuone ja oma takka ja erillinen keittiö. Täydellinen kietoutuva kuisti, katettu terassi ja kattoterassi, jossa on takka. This property is amazing! You cannot go wrong staying here. Our daughter got married in Newport. We are from PA and this compound is set up for an entire family. Each unit offers everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Each family member had total privacy and all the amenities. Extremely clean and well furnished. The back yard and roof top deck offer plenty of space for lounging. Easy access to everything and plenty of parking. Host is extremely responsive. We will definitely return when back in Newport.

We had an amazing stay at the Whitecaps. The units were spacious and clean. The property was beautiful and well maintained. Host was helpful and easy to contact. We loved the location. Close to beaches and a very short drive to Newport. We loved sitting in the backyard and on the roof deck. We would love to come back!

Spacious home and great amenities

Great house for multiple families or large families to spread out and have privacy. Good outdoor space and lots of amenities throughout the property which we took advantage of during our stay.

Stunning property with updated design

We loved this property so much. It gave us enough space to spread out, and the barn was large enough for everyone to gather, eat, and hang out together. The backyard is beautiful and I love the privacy the mature landscaping gives you. Nice design details throughout all 3 units and perfect for parking up to 6 vehicles on the 2 driveways.

Best VRBO I’ve stayed in!

My family and I had amazing time staying in this compound of three houses. It fit all 11 of us perfectly. We had the best time... loved that table was fit us all at dinner time The homes were super clean, everything worked well. It’s a perfect place for a big family. We can’t wait to come back!

Best girls weekend ever

I couldn’t rate this place higher! Teresa was very responsive and helpful when I looked for accommodations for Labor Day weekend over a year ago! She helped me find the right place for the amount of girls I was hosting. When we got to the rental it was spotless, clean and looked brand new! Such a beautiful rental with the comfiest feel. Week at the beach

It's a terrific property for families...We had grandmother in the cottage and four parents and six children scattered happily among the other two houses...kids rode to Sweetberry farm several times a day, quick access to the beach, great weather. Recommend the property.

Beautiful property

Whitecaps was a wonderful place for our Thanksgiving holiday. There was plenty of room for family meals and game nights in the "barn" and yet nice places to escape if anyone wanted their privacy and some quiet time. Each of the houses was super clean and very nicely decorated. We lucked out on the weather and enjoyed a corn hole tournament in the spacious backyard. A great getaway!

Perfect Accommodations

We took a big girls trip to Newport and everybody was SO excited about this lovely house. Both the interior and exterior were spotless and well cared for, the overall decor and amenities were amazing, and the large amount of space gave everyone plenty of comfort throughout the day and nighttime. Location was also phenomenal - just a quick 10/15 min drive to Thames st. as well as the vineyards. Teresa was so wonderful to communicate with prior to our booking and made our trip better than we ever imagined. I couldn't recommend staying at this gorgeous compound more if you're a large group and/or family. We will be back!!

Bridal party

Beautiful home to host the bridesmaids for our daughters wedding.it was spacious enough that all felt comfortable. The outdoor area was great little kids could run > lighting was fabulous for hair stylists and makeup artist to work their magic. We did use park down the street day of wedding for overflow cars when stylist came. My only suggestion is too bring a few towels we weren’t there long enough to do laundry & we’re too busy to do so anyway. But needed a few extra bath towels. It was an amazing place to host an event of this kind. Pure relaxation.

Beautiful property, perfect for a large group!

We had a great stay at this property. Everything is brand new and beautifully done. We were traveling with extended family, and the setup was perfect. Everyone could have their own space, yet gather together in the larger spaces. The outdoor spaces are amazing - rooftop deck with fireplace, lower level patio w/ fireplace, and large landscaped yard. Unfortunately our weather was pretty poor the whole time so we didn't get to enjoy these spaces as much as we would have liked. It was an easy drive into Newport to enjoy it's many attractions and activities. The Sweet Berry Farm just up the street is a great little spot with fresh produce, baked goods, cheeses, cafe, etc. We were only the second renters, so there were a few things that could be added to the kitchen inventory to make it easier for a large group (large pots, serving pieces, etc.) Overall, though, a fantastic place! I would definitely rent again!

White Caps Compound

Our initial impression of this property was amazing and the accommodations were perfect for our family. However after staying there for a couple days, we found several issues that should have been taken care of before our arrival. We had very little water pressure and thought it was because of the 3 buildings it had to service. In hind site, we should have called Theresa sooner, instead we went the majority of our stay with no water pressure. When we finally couldn’t take it any longer, we contacted Theresa only to find out the water pump had been turned off. We don’t like to complain but this is something that should have been checked prior to our arrival. When staying at a property of this caliber, we wouldn’t expect something like this to go unnoticed. We also had to buy a coffee pot. There are Keurig’s in each unit, so bring pods with you, or if you have a large group, like ours, there is now a working coffee pot. There was a strong sewer gas odor in the two smaller units, not sure if this was because of the inoperable water pump or if there is something else going on. Overall, we had a wonderful time celebrating our daughter’s wedding and didn’t let these issues ruin our special week. Theresa was very responsive and the grounds and furnishings were beautiful! We would highly recommend this property for any large group and we would definitely consider staying here again .

We had an amazing stay! It was the perfect home for our multigenerational family to spend time together. My young children loved “going next door” to visit their grandparents each morning. Each house is beautifully and thoughtfully designed, and the location was perfect! We loved visiting the beaches, restaurants in Newport, cliff walk, and so much more. We were sad to leave!

Compound was perfect for our family vacation. Three well-equipped structures, plenty of community space indoors and out, and location was convenient to Newport and Middletown beaches. Would not hesitate to return again for a large family gathering.

Family reunion

My family stayed here for a family reunion. Great place for a large family, plenty of space for everyone. Second beach is only a five minute drive. Downtown Newport about 10 min. Great dining options and shopping. I would absolutely stay here again

Sister’s Wedding

We loved our stay at Whitecaps. It was the perfect location for the bridal party to get ready for my sister’s wedding. The property was beautiful and created a perfect background for wedding photos. Teresa was easy to contact and extremely helpful and accommodating. Hopefully we’ll be back to the property in the future!

Stunning property, super clean and comfortable

I stayed here in April with 9 other friends from high school (we're all old 50-somethings now!). The property is immaculate, lovely and very comfortable. It's essentially 3 in 1, and it was great. Check in was very easy, as we had all instructions beforehand, and we had a great time. Everything was spotless and in great condition, and I can't recommend this property highly enough.

We lived in New York our entire lives, but we fell in love with Newport the first time we visited and knew very quickly that this was where we wanted to build our future. Our attachment to Newport goes back for years. We got engaged under the stars at Castle Hill, and we recently moved to Portsmouth to raise our family on this beautiful island. We purchased our first Newport house in the summer of 2014 and quickly started renovations on what was once a dairy barn. When designing our properties we take into consideration all of the needs of a large family, young and old, vacationing under one roof together! We hope you love our homes as much as we do.
