Jos etsit koko perheen tai kaikkien ystävien sijaintia yhdessä, älä etsi enää! Tällä ominaisuudella on todella kolme yksikköä: kaunis maalaistalotyylisessä kodissa on kolme makuuhuonetta, täysin remontoitu lato, joka on loistava sekoitus maalaismaista ja modernia, ja viehättävä mökki. Ladossa on makuuhuone kylpyhuoneella ja mahtava kerrossänky, jossa on kaksi kerrossänkyä ja ohjaamon sänky! Lapset (ja aikuiset) rakastavat sitä varmasti. Mökissä on yksi makuuhuone ja oma takka ja erillinen keittiö. Täydellinen kietoutuva kuisti, katettu terassi ja kattoterassi, jossa on takka. Tämä yhdiste on täydellinen paikka suurten perheiden ja ryhmien kokoontumiseen rentoutumaan ja nauttimaan toistensa yrityksestä pitäen samalla yksityisyyttä - molempien maailmojen parhaat puolet. Ulkogrilli tekee keittämisestä helpon ja tilava takapiha tarjoaa runsaasti tilaa urheilulle ja rauhalliselle harrastukselle.

This property is amazing! You cannot go wrong staying here. Our daughter got married in Newport. We are from PA and this compound is set up for an entire family. Each unit offers everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Each family member had total privacy and all the amenities. Extremely clean and well furnished. The back yard and roof top deck offer plenty of space for lounging. Easy access to everything and plenty of parking. Host is extremely responsive. We will definitely return when back in Newport.

We had an amazing stay at the Whitecaps. The units were spacious and clean. The property was beautiful and well maintained. Host was helpful and easy to contact. We loved the location. Close to beaches and a very short drive to Newport. We loved sitting in the backyard and on the roof deck. We would love to come back!

We had an amazing stay! It was the perfect home for our multigenerational family to spend time together. My young children loved “going next door” to visit their grandparents each morning. Each house is beautifully and thoughtfully designed, and the location was perfect! We loved visiting the beaches, restaurants in Newport, cliff walk, and so much more. We were sad to leave!

Compound was perfect for our family vacation. Three well-equipped structures, plenty of community space indoors and out, and location was convenient to Newport and Middletown beaches. Would not hesitate to return again for a large family gathering.

Family reunion

My family stayed here for a family reunion. Great place for a large family, plenty of space for everyone. Second beach is only a five minute drive. Downtown Newport about 10 min. Great dining options and shopping. I would absolutely stay here again

Sister’s Wedding

We loved our stay at Whitecaps. It was the perfect location for the bridal party to get ready for my sister’s wedding. The property was beautiful and created a perfect background for wedding photos. Teresa was easy to contact and extremely helpful and accommodating. Hopefully we’ll be back to the property in the future!

Stunning property, super clean and comfortable

I stayed here in April with 9 other friends from high school (we're all old 50-somethings now!). The property is immaculate, lovely and very comfortable. It's essentially 3 in 1, and it was great. Check in was very easy, as we had all instructions beforehand, and we had a great time. Everything was spotless and in great condition, and I can't recommend this property highly enough.

Thanksgiving holiday

Whitecaps was a perfect location for a large multigenerational group. With a wonderful space for gathering, games, tv and dining. The bedrooms are all very separate and allow for those who wish to continue visiting to do so without disturbing those who want to retreat and have their own space. The property is top notch and would be great for any large gathering, thanksgiving was great, but a summer gathering would be even more amazing, then you could enjoy the lovely outdoor spaces too. This property is in a fantastic location close to Newport and beaches while also being private. Highly recommended.

The three separate … but very close … living quarters were just perfect for the 4 nights of my daughter’s wedding weekend! The location was great too. The grounds were gorgeous and now Whitecaps will forever be a part of the wedding photos. We would love to come back!

Girls weekend

Plenty of space to spread out and the main house was a great space for us all to be together(eating, chatting, etc). Very clean. We had a question about the fireplace and the owner responded right away. Plenty of offstreet parking. This is a great spot!

Wedding Weekend

This beautiful property was perfect for our daughter's wedding weekend. Plenty of room for our whole family and the ideal backdrop for getting ready with the bridesmaids on the wedding day morning. The property is beautifully designed--from the spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, and high-end kitchen and family rooms, it is perfect inside and out!

Best girls weekend ever

I couldn’t rate this place higher! Teresa was very responsive and helpful when I looked for accommodations for Labor Day weekend over a year ago! She helped me find the right place for the amount of girls I was hosting. When we got to the rental it was spotless, clean and looked brand new! Such a beautiful rental with the comfiest feel. Great place for multi-generational family

This is a 3 building compound that was perfect for our three generation family. A huge back yard offered the kids a place to run around and play games during those times we were not at the beach. Teresa, the host, was always available to answer our questions. The property is in a rural part of Rhode Island but just a few minutes from Newport. The closest beach "Peabody" and "3rd" are perfect for families with small kids. They are really one beach and the parking for visitors is at Peabody. It is just a little over a mile from the house. Parking is $30 during the week and $45 on the weekends during the summer. On only one day did we have difficulty getting a place. Second Beach is just a little farther away. It is much larger. Both beaches have nice soft sand to set up on, but as is true with almost, all New England beaches, there are lots of shells etc as you get to the water. Bring water shoes and you will have a great time. Both beaches have small snack bars. There is much to do in the area and we had no problem keeping everyone occupied even when the weather made the beach less than desirable. We thoroughly enjoyed our week and will hopefully be returning next year.

Stunning property with updated design

We loved this property so much. It gave us enough space to spread out, and the barn was large enough for everyone to gather, eat, and hang out together. The backyard is beautiful and I love the privacy the mature landscaping gives you. Nice design details throughout all 3 units and perfect for parking up to 6 vehicles on the 2 driveways.

White Caps Compound

Our initial impression of this property was amazing and the accommodations were perfect for our family. However after staying there for a couple days, we found several issues that should have been taken care of before our arrival. We had very little water pressure and thought it was because of the 3 buildings it had to service. In hind site, we should have called Theresa sooner, instead we went the majority of our stay with no water pressure. When we finally couldn’t take it any longer, we contacted Theresa only to find out the water pump had been turned off. We don’t like to complain but this is something that should have been checked prior to our arrival. When staying at a property of this caliber, we wouldn’t expect something like this to go unnoticed. We also had to buy a coffee pot. There are Keurig’s in each unit, so bring pods with you, or if you have a large group, like ours, there is now a working coffee pot. There was a strong sewer gas odor in the two smaller units, not sure if this was because of the inoperable water pump or if there is something else going on. Overall, we had a wonderful time celebrating our daughter’s wedding and didn’t let these issues ruin our special week. Theresa was very responsive and the grounds and furnishings were beautiful! We would highly recommend this property for any large group and we would definitely consider staying here again .

Truly one of the best places I have stayed in. Really amazing property with more than enough room for a variety of groups. Location is great and backyard is so nice you don’t ever want to leave. Host was very responsive and had a great time staying here!

We lived in New York our entire lives, but we fell in love with Newport the first time we visited and knew very quickly that this was where we wanted to build our future. Our attachment to Newport goes back for years. We got engaged under the stars at Castle Hill, and we recently moved to Portsmouth to raise our family on this beautiful island. We purchased our first Newport house in the summer of 2014 and quickly started renovations on what was once a dairy barn. When designing our properties we take into consideration all of the needs of a large family, young and old, vacationing under one roof together! We hope you love our homes as much as we do.
