Ihanteellinen, pieni perhe huoneisto sijaitsee Bear Valley. Helppo pääsy kaikkiin palvelut, kuten Bear Valley Lodge, bussi shuttle hiihtokeskus, hiihto ja pulkkamäki. Pelejä tarjotaan joka voidaan toistaa viereen lämmin takka ja seinälle T. V. täydellisenä WiFi. Uusi mukava queen-vuode löytyy makuuhuoneesta, jossa on viihtyisät peitot ja uusi vuodesohva helposti muuntaa kuningatar vuodesohva. Keittiö jossa astiat kanssa kapteenit pöytä, joka helposti paikkaa 4. ruokailuun. Ei lemmikkieläimiä.

Stellar location near Bear Valley

Outstanding location, just a few minutes from Bear Valley Ski Resort. Stocked with everything we needed. Dated facilities. Excellent price, all things considered.

Very lovely home for a small group or family

This is a very lovely home, with well equipped kitchen for its size. Some board games available to play. Right inside the bear valley, convenient to bear valley ski routes and snow play. We had a good time there during Christmas.

Great location and charming condo

This place was great in terms of location from Bear Valley ski resort and had all the basic amenities and comforts. The decor was adorable and charming.

Perfect place to stay for small family/couple

Really enjoyed our stay here. Place is cozy, clean, and has everything you need for a short stay. It’s a really short drive to the mountains, or you can also take the shuttle too. Sarah is also very responsive and helpful. Will definitely come stay here again!

Great Central Location

We had a very nice time. Loved how close everything was by staying in the Village. Condo was perfect size for us and was very comfortable. Very happy with our choice.

Great location w/ everything needed for a ski wknd

Cozy condo, but enough space for our family of 4 for a long ski wknd. Super convenient to ski in AM, go back to condo for lunch, and head back to slopes for the afternoon. Had everything needed to prepare meals in the unit. Easy to either take the shuttle or to drive.FYI - City slickers will need to remember to get firewood and a fire starter from the market coming in (in Murphys or Arnold) and review how to start a fire in a fireplace. There are electric ambient heaters in the unit, but the fireplace is needed to supplement for cold evenings. We found it easier to use the Duraflame logs (rather than the firewood).

Lovely Condo in Great Location

This condo was perfect for my son and me. Lovely decor and great location. The host was very flexible with us in terms of dates and very responsive. We had a great time and will definitely book here again. Highly recommend!!

The condo has everything you need and it is in walking distance to sledding, cross country skiing, and the lodge. Cozy cabin!

Nice stay in a cozy apartment!

The apartment was nice and cozy, great fit for our small bunch (me and my two young children). We were out most of the day skying, but enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the apartment.

Location, location, location

Great stay as close as one can stay to tubing/cross-country ski place at Bear Valley: a 3 minute walk (1 minute to rental place on the way). Condo is small but cozy and well-outfitted kitchen. Host Sarah was helpful and accomodating about changing dates at the last minute.

lovely condo!

This was the perfect getaway place for my family of 4. The condo is very cozy with a fireplace, easy parking and only 2 miles from skiing at Bear Valley. Sarah is lovely to work with and very responsive. Has everything you need for a wonderful stay!

Close to everything in Bear Valley

This condo is small but very homey and has everything two people need for a delightful time in a beautiful place. Nordic skiing is a 3 minute walk in one direction, and shuttle to ski resort is 3 minutes the other way.

Absolutely tucked in & perfect

What a special spot, thank you so much for allowing my cousin and I to visit such a special place to our family. This was the only available stay situation we could find short notice in the valley, and it just felt right. Beautiful little home, perfect for the two of us, and so close to everything we needed to see. We appreciate it!

Great location and a very cozy and homey place to stay.

Stayed as Sarah’s condo for 3 nights and loved it, even our 2 teenage boys found it cozy and homey. Amenities are more than plenty, everything you need and even don’t, the heaters will warm up the place in no time and keep you warm, by the 3rd night we hardly even used them. The location is very convenient and accessible, if you want to be close to winter and snow, this is the place to be, you can walk in any direction and enjoy Bear Valley Village to its fullest, skiing, snowmobiling, tubing, long walks, restaurants, you name it. So, if you are looking for a place for a family of 4 and less - this is it.

Cozy little condo great for short stay ( week or less)

Location can’t be beat. We skied bear for a week. Be aware the fridge is not full size and no laundry in the condo. The queen bed and fold out bed in the living area were perfect for us and our son. Well heated and well stocked kitchen. Could use some updAting but for the price very good value. Great communication with property manager.

Needs work

Condo should be opened and aired out prior to renting. Musty. Windows should have screens so you can get fresh air and fix the window that’s duct tapped closed? Drapes/blinds are broken. Pillows need to be replaced especially the ones with stains. Coffee maker would be nice as well.

Home Sweet Home

Sarah, thank you for hosting us! We were so sad to leave!! Your condo is well appointed with everything we needed, and all in good working order. You’ve been so thoughtful to enhance our return to BV through your decor choices. Your condo is exactly as it is described. Others reviewing ought not to pay attention to another review saying it was cold. There are heaters everywhere that obviously came with the construction of the condo- and the owners clearly responded in a timely fashion to the review that it was cold by recently adding another heater!!! If we ran all the heaters plus using the beautiful fireplace, we’d be roasting!! The condo is perfectly very warm and cozy. And the hostess has provided so many beautiful blankets and comforters- more than needed! We enjoyed being able to look out every peaceful picture window to the trees. Check in and check out couldn’t be more hassle free, easy, and exactly as the hosts instruct. We enjoyed every hour and every bit of BV and hope you’ll host us again. Your home sweet home made every day and every evening a true getaway- and we really needed the relaxation. Bravo, Sarah! Chris

A Very Nice Place

We stayed between Dec 27 2017 and Jan 1 2018. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Amenities included a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave and toaster (all very new). The coffee pot is a French Press. There were bowls, pans, pots, a colander, and spatulas and whisks for cooking as well as adequate dishes and silverware for one meal for 4 people, and of course a large sink to wash it all in. The bathroom has a bath/shower and toilet in one part and a sink that is accessible while people are in the shower. The shower water has great pressure and is as nice and as hot as you want it. We were worried there would be noise from the road, snowmobile rental place, and fire station. There wasn't any noise from any of them and barely any traffic on the road (tho this was a week with very little snow). The neighbors around us were very quiet, which we appreciated, as we are quiet too. And you are within walking distance of the Lodge restaurant and general store, as well as the cross-country skiing and sledding area across the street, which we were very happy about. The views from the windows are of tall redwoods, granite, and the non-busy road; quite a pleasant view. The bedroom and bathroom (shower & toilet part) both have doors that lock. The wood fireplace was very nice; we used it almost every night. This place is very well-stocked, with many soft and warm blankets, fluffy pillows, plenty of towels, lots of toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. The owner, Sarah, is very nice to work with. We would definitely recommend this place.

My husband and I spent many vacations in this one bedroom condo with our two children. It was ideal for us to hang together, play games and easy access to both the ski resort and cross country. The summer months were filled with kayaking and swimming at the nearby Bear Valley lake. There are many beautiful lakes to explore. It is a treasure!
