Suuri yksityinen perheen huvila uima-altaalla ja puutarhalla.

Sijaitsee 15 'pÀÀssÀ Ateenan kansainvÀliseltÀ lentokentÀltÀ pÀÀtieltÀ, 1. 4 km pÀÀssÀ rannoista ja 2. 2 km Lagonisi Grand Resort & Spasta ja lÀhellÀ Ateenan pÀÀteitÀ ja arkeologisia kohteita.

1500 neliömetrin tiloissa on myös autotalli, kappeli, uima-altaan pukuhuoneet, grillipaikka, puutalo, lasten leikkipaikka ja useita mukavuuksia, kuten piano ja langaton internetyhteys ilmaiseksi.

Talo on kauniilla alueella, ostosmahdollisuuksien kÀvelymatkan pÀÀssÀ, se on myös hiljainen ja eristetty. Se mahtuu 8 vierasta (mahtuu enemmÀn pyydettÀessÀ), siinÀ on 4 makuuhuonetta, 2 kylpyhuonetta ja 1 WC, toimisto, ruokasali jne. Ja se on tÀysin ilmastoitu.

Ateena on 40 'autolla, rannat ovat 30' jalka ja 2 'autolla. Se sijaitsee 25 km pÀÀssÀ Sounion niemestÀ. Kap Sounionia pidetÀÀn muinaiskreikkalaisen Poseidonin temppelin rauniopaikkana, klassisen mytologian merenjumala. JÀÀnnökset ovat kyydissÀ niemenalueella, meren ympÀröimÀ kolmelta puolelta. Sivusto on suosittu pÀivÀretki Ateenan turisteille. Auringonlasku on Egeanmeren yli raunioilta katsottuna.

Lagonisia pidetÀÀn yhtenÀ muodikkaimmista ja ylellisimmistÀ merialueista, joten Lagonissin lomakylÀ ja kylpylÀ sijaitsevat siellÀ. Kaikki ympÀröivÀt merenranta-alueet ovat samanlaatuisia (Galazia Akti, Saronida, Varkiza, Agia Marina) .Kalyvian kylÀ on kuuluisa Kreikan parhaan lihan tarjoamisesta ja on pÀivittÀin tÀynnÀ ihmisiÀ, jotka yrittÀvÀt saada pöytÀÀ. Kaikki mitÀ tarvitset (meriliikunta, kaupat, supermarketit, terveyskeskus, elokuvateatterit, kahvilat, yökerhot) ovat autolla tai jalalla nopeasti saavutettavissa.

We had the best time at this villa! It was in a great location for visiting the coast and Athens. Eric was a great host and made the check in and out process very easy. The villa was absolutely beautiful and much bigger than expected, it was well equipped and very clean. The garden and pool were both lovely. The photos don’t do it justice.

Happy family holiday at villa Emily

Villa Emily is a great place for a family holiday. The villa is quiet and spacious and has everything that a family needs. The outdoor space includes several lovely balconies and a super grassed play area and a BBQ area. The pool is a good size . There were 8 in our family and we had a great time.

Beautiful villa full of character

The description and photos don't do Villa Emily justice. The plot it sits on is absolutely huge with so much to explore and enjoy. The house is beautifully appointed, so comfortable and there's no end of spaces to roam or sit in. We were there for a week and made it our mission to sit in every dining space we could - it took some time! THe pool is brilliant, really deep at the deep end and shallow enough for our 5 yo non-swimmer at the shallow end. Pool changing rooms helped keep we feet out the house. The kids spent the majority of their time in this area so the loungers, table and chairs helped the adults supervise. The play area and gardens are beautifully kept with lots to look at and enjoy. The outside kitchen/BBQ area was great - nice and shady for doing the evening cooking away from the hot sun. The house itself was just great - clearly a well-loved family holiday home. The upstairs is split into 2 suites of adjoining rooms with a bathroom in between, which was perfect for our 2 families. The upstairs terrace was the perfect spot for sunset cocktails. The supermarket is right next door which was so helpful for keeping everyone fed and watered. There were a few more shops within walking distance on the same main road but the seafront was too far to walk in the heat so we had to get taxis up and down. In fact, it's better to have a car as we were quite limited in where we could get to and because it's not a very touristy area, there often weren't enough taxis (we needed 3 for our group of 9). Loved our visit here. The hosts and caretakers were so kind and helpful, and the house and pool were a hit with everyone.

Pleasant stay at luxury villa

Spent a lovely week at Villa Emily in October 2021. Villa was huge and beautifully equipped, certainly the best equipped villa we've ever stayed in. Loved the spacious lounge, the wrap around balcony on the ground floor and sea view from the first floor balcony. Communication with Erikkos was excellent both before the stay and during it. Directions to villa were very easy to follow. Location was good with the supermarket next door and a two minute drive to the coast. Definitely agree with the listing that the villa is located close to beaches and historical sites. Really loved the drive along the coast road both south to the Temple of Poseidon at Cape Sounion and north to Athens. Very easy to park at Elliniko and take the Metro into Athens. Don't miss the Acropolis and the little restaurants on the north slope of the Acropolis going down to the flea market. Stayed out of season and the pool wasn't heated to a useable temperature. Also didn't find the location quite as peaceful as other reviewers given some road noise and a number of barking dogs at night, hence 4 stars rather than 5. Delighted however with the refund of the bulk of the pool heating costs and would certainly book again if we return to the area.

Amazing Home Close to Everything!

This property was the perfect beginning to our Greek Holiday. It was close enough to visit Athens and the sites, but away from the busy city, and close to amazing beaches and restaurants. Our family has traveled around the world and were very pleased with the amenities and beauty of this home. It was perfect for me, my husband, and our 5 teens ages 13-20. Everyone had enough space and the market was just next door. It is off a busier street, however, its privacy and seclusion are amazing and the grounds were well kept and beautiful. We will definately return to Lagonissi!

Tolle Villa in toller Lage

Wir (4Erwachsene+4Kinder) hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Villa. FĂŒr die Kinder war vor allen der Pool super und die vielen Spielmöglichkeiten auf dem großen GelĂ€nde. Die Villa war super groß und bot genĂŒgend Platz fĂŒr uns alle. Supernett war auch der Gastgeber, der uns bei jeder Frage weitergeholfen hat und uns auch sehr nett empfangen hat.

A great villa!

We had a fantastic holiday at the villa. It is absolutely enormous and there is so much space. There are so many places to sit around the villa (balcony, pool, garden) and each had a different feeling to it. The pool and the gardens were kept very clean and the children enjoyed the little play-area as well as the pool, of course. We also enjoyed having a piano! Eric was a great host and immediately answered any questions that I had. He very kindly let us arrive earlier than planned and also leave slightly later due to our late flight (we stayed in the pool area). The local people were mostly very friendly and we got by fine in English. The supermarket next door is very convenient, as is the butcher®s which is only a short walk away. The walk to the seafront takes about 20 minutes along the main road, along which are fruit stalls, another supermarket, a bakery, and a number of taverns and cafes. A car would have been easier and quicker – especially in the summer – but it kept us fit! There is also a bus stop on the main road at the seafront, where you can take a bus to Glyfada or even Athens itself.

A lovely villa on a convenient location

Just 20 minutes from the airport, our party of 6 people (adults) rented this outstanding villa. And what a beautiful villa it is! Lots of space inside and outside (we counted 4 terraces). There is a nice pool and even a piano. The drive to Athens takes about 40 minutes and an easy drive. But around the corner (20 mtrs) is a very well equipped supermarket and on the 2 km drive to the sea there lots of shops, restaurants, clubs, whatever you like. But most impressive is the house itself. Never before have we rented such a beautiful and at the same time practical place. We will come back!

Smuk, velfungerende villa med mange terrasser og dejli stor swimmingpool.

Ferieboligen var en smuk, stilfuld villa, personligt og smagfuldt indrettet og beliggende i en have med blomster og gamle trÊer. Velkomsten var dejlig og vi blev vist rundt i hele huset. Alle rum var store og lyse og med en betagende udsigt. I to af sovevÊrelserne var der velfungerende airconditionanlÊg og i to andre var der loftsventilatorer, der ikke helt kunne klare de meget hÞje temperaturer ( 35 grader om dagen ). Heldigvis var der en stor, solrig og velfungerende swimmingpool omgivet af skyggefulde trÊer og den blev meget flittigt brugt. Ved siden af villaen lÄ et pÊnt stort supermarked og langs hovedgaden ned mod havet var der adskillige smÄ butikker, restauranter og caféer. Vi havde en pragtfuld ferie og kan kraftigt anbefale stedet. Emma, Danmark

Wonderful property - very spacious and great for families

Really enjoyed it here. Kids loved the pool and the children's playground and we enjoyed relaxing on the terrace in the evenings. Lots of space in the house and the garden. Highly recommended!

Eine wunderbare Villa mit tollen Gastgebern! 😊

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub und danken Erik und seiner Familie von Herzen fĂŒr Ihre Gastfreundschaft! Alles war perfekt im Vorfeld organisiert; prĂ€zise und ausfĂŒhrliche Informationen zum Haus, zur Anreise und zur Umgebung sowie ein herzlicher und persönlicher Empfang am Anreisetag und eine prima Betreuung vor Ort. Die Villa ist komfortabel und insbesondere fĂŒr Familien mit Kindern wie wir es sind, ein absoluter Traum! Alles war vorhanden: Baby Hochstuhl, Babybett, Kindergitter im Obergeschoss und sogar Spielzeug...unsere Kleinen konnten gar nicht genug bekommen vom Toben im Garten, am Pool und im hauseigenen Spielplatz.....Der Supermarkt direkt am Haus erleichtert das Leben auch sehr und der öffentliche Strand in ca 5 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem netten kleinen Beachlokal Heaven ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen sicherlich wieder! Thanks Erik for your hospitality! We had a great time und are looking forward to seeing you and your wunderful villa again soon!

Splendide villa avec piscine et jardin arborĂ©. Le super marchĂ© est au pied de la maison. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans la maison sauf un ballai. La villa annonce 10 personnes mais en rĂ©alitĂ© il fait payer un supplĂ©ment au delĂ  de 8. N’hesitez Pas une seconde pour cette location.

Beautiful villa! Wonderful hosts!

Our stay at the Villa was excellent! The property is absolutely beautiful and our hosts (Yannis and his daughter Julie) were very welcoming and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Thank you, our trip was awesome!

As kids get older and make their own families, they make there own vacation plans which not always coincide. Hence, this beautiful villa is for rent for your holidays.
