Vain muutaman minuutin päässä Sedonasta, historiallisesta vanhastakaupungista Cottonwood, Jerome ja Clarkdale. Kimalteleva puhdas uusi vierasstudio 2. 5 hehtaarilla Verden laaksossa! King-size-vuode, täysin varustettu minikeittiö ja oma kylpyhuone. Uskomattoman puhdas yksityinen vierasstudio, josta on panoraamanäkymät punaisiin kiviin ja majesteettiseen Minguksen vuoristoon, villieläimiin ja luontoon on runsaasti! Quiet and beautiful place tucked behind the owners house. Hot tub was quite nice and in warmer weather the pool would be fun. Recommend for a couple getting away from things.

So peaceful and relaxing

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were clean and cozy. The pool was the perfect temperature and the kitchenette well stocked with everything we needed. Looking forward to returning next year!

Great location in AZ

We went to visit family, but the central location was great. Downtown Cottonwood had cute shops, wineries and restaurants. Close to Sedona, Jerome, Flagstaff, Williams and Grand Canyon is a 2 hr drive. The owner, Glen, takes great pride in having 5 star properties and taking care of his guests!

Quiet getaway with a view

This was the perfect spot for a nice, quiet getaway. The location was great and close enough to escape away for a day of hiking. Glen and Kristen are great property owners and responded very quickly with whatever we needed! I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Absolutely Wonderful!

The property was everything it described and even more beautiful in person. Very comfortable and every detail thought of and addressed. We had everything we needed and could have wanted. They are welcoming hosts and have put a lot of effort and thought into the cottage. We were very impressed. And Tutu of course was the biggest hit with my son!

Pre-Thanksgiving Get a Way

This lived up to all of the reviews that I had read prior to booking! The property is immaculate, and they have thought of pretty much everything! The suite was perfect, the pool and hot tub were amazing! A very private & quiet get a way, it was just the relaxing weekend that we needed!

Perfect spot for our weekend in Cottonwood/Sedona

We absolutely loved this guest house and the adjacent yard with a pool and hot tub! From the moment we walked in, we felt warmly welcomed. Glen and Kristen thought of everything to make our stay relaxing and memorable. The pool felt great in the afternoon, and the hot tub was perfect in the evening. The interior of the guest house was extremely clean, cute, and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in town!

My daughter and I loved this place! It was fresh, bright, and just overall lovely! The salt water pool was perfect. Close to some really nice restaurants. Convenient to shopping for everyday needs too. Hosts were welcoming and very hospitable.

Quiet, private and so comfortable.

Greg and Kristen have created a magical little place to stay. A professional touch with all the amenities you need but also with that “home” charm. The location is outstanding with only a short drive to endless adventure, amazing food and beautiful landscapes. Book this place, just not when we are coming back haha.

A Perfect Getaway!

Quiet neighborhood close to Sedona and Jerome without the noise and congestion of Sedona proper. Guesthouse was everything it promised to be inside and out. Property manager was very helpful with answering questions and making great recommendations. We fell in love with old town Cottonwood. Great restaurants and wine tasting. Definitely would love to stay here again on our next visit.

This place is a gem!

The location was a perfect blend of accessibility and privacy - within 2 hours of the Grand Canyon and everything in between. I can't overstate the comfort of the Guest House - I didn't want to leave the bed, but there were things to do and see! Luckily, we had that amazing pool to come back to in the heat of the afternoon. Thoughtful seating options, shade and games, as well. Glen and Kristen were so friendly and inviting and we can't wait to come back!

Quiet, Peaceful stay

Really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Loved making a cup of coffee and sitting outside in the morning watching the humming birds or catching the sunrise. At night, you can appreciate the stars and the quiet neighborhood. Great location if you are interested in seeing downtown Cottonwood, Jerome, or Sedona. Kristen and Glen provided snacks, area discounts, and above and beyond customer service. We will be back.

Spectacular in every possible way !!!

The hosts are amazing, great communication before, during and after. The property is SPECTACULAR, feels like an upscale King suite at a very high end hotel. But with a more personal touch. And OMG the view….. And the location, it truly doesn’t get any better than this. This is one of the nicest properties that is run by amazing people. We cannot wait to go back… What a great trip !!!!

Ideal Verde Valley Guest House

My wife and I had the pleasure of spending 5 nights in the newly constructed, Cottonwood guest house of Kristen and Glen Quackenbush, and it was delightful. While it was a tad chilly to jump into the beautiful salt water pool, it added to the serenity of the facility. Their little haven is private, quiet, clean and thoughtfully appointed. This is the ideal ‘recharging station’ after a day in Sedona, the Grand Canyon, Jerome, or any of the other spectacular destinations that the area has to offer. A truly great value as well.

Perfect Private Getaway!

Everything was perfect at this guest house. The hosts have thought of every detail to make their guests comfortable. We loved the hot tub, the fire pit area and the peaceful quiet! The Cottonwood community and the surrounding area have great restaurants and shops, and this was the perfect location to return to after enjoying it all. We would definitely recommend and will return ourselves! The hosts on-site were available if needed, but the guest house is very private. We also loved visits from Tutu, their little pet pig! We couldn’t be happier with our vacation here!

PEACEFUL, SERENE AND STARS FOR MILES!!!

We loved our stay in this guest suite in Cottonwood! This was our first trip to the Verde Valley and Sedona area. This property is perfectly located in a quiet area of Cottonwood. In just a short scenic drive you can be to nearby Old Town Cottonwood, Jerome, Sedona as well as many other attractions and activities. The property is very clean, nicely decorated and well maintained with one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever had in a rental. That was definitely welcomed after a day of hiking and trekking through the beautiful red rock country. We cannot wait to plan our return trip!!!
