Fifth Floor End -yksikkö, täysin uusi keittiö, WoodTile-lattiapäällyste, Mstr Bath & Shower. Samsung 60 tuuman taulutelevisio. Meidän huoneisto sisältää yksityisen uima-altaan vain Surf Club I asukkaille sekä 2 muuta altaat.
Aikaisin nousevat nähdä delfiinejä joka. m. meidän parvekkeelta. Ne näyttävät tavallisesti aivan rantakadulta, jos haluat kokeilla omaa versiota "uinti / delfiinien" kanssa!

With Championship golfkenttiä (kursseja suunnitellut Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer ja Gary Player) ja käytännössä tyhjiä rantoja, Palm Coast on parhaiten varjeltu salaisuus Floridassa!

Otetaan on ilmaista Bing Landing (3 minuutin ajomatkan!) Tai vain nauttia rentoutumisesta viidellä yksityisellä rantatuolilla, joissa on värikäs aurinkovarjo. Family Vacation

This was our third trip to Palm Coast and second time in this unit. The views are incredible up and down the breach and communication with the owners is prompt and clear. We are already planning our next trip back.

Marie and Kevin were wonderful hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in their beautiful condo. We have rented through VRBO many times, but this time there was a problem with the VRBO payment link. We emailed, chatted online, and talked with four different VRBO customer service representatives and the link was never fixed. We contacted Marie and Kevin; they stepped in and made our confirmation happen. Because of them, we were able to enjoy a wonderful vacation. We hope to be back soon!

Family Vacation

One of the best beach trips we have ever taken as a family with our three kids! The unit was absolutely beautiful and fully stocked, the area was quiet and peaceful, the balcony was AMAZING, and the quinna rocks were the coolest! Would absolutely come back!

Quiet and relaxing

My husband and I came to get away from it all. The place was just as described, very clean, very well kept. The VIEW was amazing! I loved being eye to eye with the pelicans as they flew by. I was pleasantly surprised as to how quiet it was. Everyone was so friendly. We would definitely stay again next time we visit the area.

Great view condo with good location.

Great view from the 5th floor balcony. Short walk down a boardwalk to the coquina rock beach. Very cool rocks! Enjoyed our stay. Close to St. Augustine. Found very good close restaurants.

Fantastic 180 degree view from the balcony! Because of the breeze, we spent a lot of time just relaxing on the balcony enjoying the view. The condo is great and away from the crowds. We will come back!

Beach by the Coquina

One of the best properties where we have ever stayed. The host was great. St. Augustine and Daytona were only 20 or so miles away. Flagler beach is awesome too. The Coquina are interesting to observe on our walks on the beach. 2 thumbs way up for this property. We would come back and stay!

Beautiful condo overlooking the ocean

One of my close friends and I decided to do a girls trip. Thank goodness we stayed at this wonderful condo. There are so many parts of this vacation that made it special: -amazing oceanfront views -wonderful host -large wrap around balcony -beach towels and chairs provided -starter supplies that helped us throughout our stay -dolphins swimming up and down the coast. I hope I have the opportunity to go again.

Marie is extremely organized and responsive. She makes the whole rental process easy and is a pleasure to deal with. The condo is very well equipped especially the kitchen. The view is beautiful and the property and pools are great. We really enjoyed our week and recommend wholeheartedly.

Loved our stay in Palm Coast!

Marie was wonderful to work with and the property was amazing! Everything was very clean and the view was incredible! The beach is very unique with the rocks, but we really liked that about it and there was plenty of beach to enjoy even with the rocks there. The pool was large and we enjoyed that every day as well! This area is beautiful and very convenient to St Augustine, St Augustine Beach and Flagler Beach when we wanted to venture out! We had a chance to go horseback riding on the beach about 5 minutes away, which was something we had always wanted to do! My only regret was that we could not stay longer!

Wonderful for a quiet getaway

Had a wonderful week while staying here. The condo is beautiful, spacious and so so clean! The balcony is huge and great for watching and listening to the waves as they crash on shore and over the rocks. The beach in front of the unit is large and quiet. Even with the rocky shore there is plenty of room for beach chairs and,at low tide, you can take a nice walk. We saw dolphins one morning and another day we watched sea turtles playing in the waves! We also saw a manatee near the fishing dock. Marie is great to work with-thank you for sharing your home! If we return to the area we will definitely want to stay again!

Nice Thanksgiving holiday!

We spent Thanksgiving week with my in-laws who live in a small home across A1A in Matanzas Shores. We needed a two bedroom two bath condo close by, and Marie’s condo fit perfectly. We had four adults and a small 4 mo. old and were very comfortable. The condo has a wrap around porch to maximize the sun and a beautiful view in both the north and south direction. It also has a well equipped kitchen, and a brand new 60 inch TV. We were very happy and enjoyed a nice relaxing stay. Marie was very responsive and gave excellent instructions so all questions were answered in advance. We would definitely stay again!

The Best Beach Stay!

My fiancee, children and I had a fabulous stay in your condo. The condo was clean with updated kitchen appliances and had just about everything we needed for our stay. We had dinner a few times on the large balcony. There is a fantastic view of sunrise and dolphins swimming early morning:-); just a short, less than 15 minute walk across the street(although, I would suggest you drive to the boat club), you can catch the most beautiful sunsets....and see more dolphins! We were able to enjoy long beach walks early morning and early afternoon before high tide, and it was very easy to navigate down the coquina rocks. Beach chairs, umbrella, some toys, and plenty of beach towels are there, so no need to bring your own. The owner, Marie, is really kind and always available by phone if you need to reach her. I can say so much more, but I don't want to turn this into a dissertation:-) oh yeah, having no Wi-fi in the unit was not a problem for us, because it gave us more family time and less time on electronics, but if you need to do work you can go to the lobby. This was the perfect beach location for my family, because we were far enough away from congested, touristic areas, yet close to many places to eat and fun activities for the children. We would definitely visit again!

This condo was the cleanest property we have ever rented to date and we plan to return for our Fall vacation next year. The views of the ocean from the balcony were magnificent. I captured amazing photos of the sun rising each morning while drinking coffee on the balcony. The ocean is a short walk down a pier that has bench seating on the edge. While the ocean rocks close to the condo did not make it conducive for ocean swimming, my kids enjoyed wading in the water by the rocks, and swimming in 2 pools within walking distance of the condo. (Ocean swimming without rocks can be accessed a short mile down the road). The swimming pools were beautiful, one having an ocean view and clubhouse. My kids especially enjoyed visiting Marineland, located one mile from the condo where they were able to pet dolphins and see a dolphin show. We also took a boat tour where we learned about the history of downtown St. Augustine and viewed dolphins in the ocean. Restaurants, shopping and St. Augustine tourist attractions are a 30 minute drive down the road. (Plan to access your own data plan while you are there, as there is no WiFi in the condo. This would be my only recommendation to the owner, to provide internet service, even if it raised nightly rates.) Overall we had an excellent experience staying here. My little boy commented while in the pool on our last day there that it was the best vacation he had ever had. We plan to come back!

Excellence on the Ocean

This was our first stay at this condo and It was outstanding from start to finish. Kevin & Marie are truly excellent hosts and it is evident their goal is for their guests to have a first rate experience. Marie is a pro and she knows exactly how to make a rental run smoothly. She gladly assisted me with rental details. The property itself is excellent. The buildings and grounds are expertly maintained and presented. The cleanliness of this property is nothing short of perfect. You have the great benefit of 24 hour security at the gate and covered parking. The vibe is relaxed & respectful. I didn’t notice any excessive noise inside or outside the condo. I appreciated that and it made for a relaxing stay. The condo itself was immaculate. There wasn't one speck of SAND in this OCEANFRONT condo! The unit is smartly equipped with tile floors thoughout with the exception of the bedrooms. They have lovely new carpeting. I don't believe in knocking the decorating style of homeowners, but I must say how refreshing it is this condo IS NOT decorated with kitschy, beachy decor. It's tasteful but not at all fussy. The kitchen is fully equipped, lacks nothing. The appliances appear to be nearly brand new and in perfect working order. The view from the kitchen sink & table is stunning! The laundry set up is fully functional & very convenient. The bathrooms are both in perfect condition. The master bath has a wonderful walk in shower and separate soaking tub, dual sinks and water closet. Excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. Master bedroom is inviting with an amazing ocean front view. Bed is firm. That's not a criticism, just an observation. Bed linens are clean and in excellent condition. The bath & beach towels are plentiful and absorbent. The condo is stocked with a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels, napkins. That not seem like a big deal but I assure you that is NOT always the case. I appreciated it immensely. The second bedroom has two twin beds, both are equipped with mattress toppers for extra comfort. The BALCONY is truly phenomenal and nicely equipped. You must pay attention to the tide schedule to get the most out of the beach area safely. The coquina is beautiful, but if you desire unobstructed walking it is a very short drive up A1A and you can walk to your hearts content. I've stayed at pricey resorts nearby and they pale in comparison. Thanks, Kevin & Marie!!

Luxury view with an affordable price

This condominium is a great location between Flagler Beach & Crescent Beach. The pools are amazing with one having a view of the ocean. The condominium is exceptionally clean with a spacious balcony that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. The host is very detailed on instructions for the condominium and readily accessible if needed.

Romantic getaway

The place was as pictured. Had everything you would need away from home. We cooked breakfast every morning had everything we needed. You didnt need to bring beach towels or beach gear everything was provided. I was very impressed with how clean it was i usually have to tidy up anywhere we go. The beach was too rocky for me but there was a great one couple of minutes next to marineland. Marie was very responsive and even got a last minute deal!

A great place with all the amenities

The condo was above our expectations. It was beautiful. The sites of the ocean was amazing. We even watched a rocket launch from the balcony it took off from Cape Canaveral.

Summer beach trip

We had a lovely stay. Amenities as listed. Pictures are accurate representation. Host was friendly and responsive with questions.

We've been married 46 years and love Florida. Marie is a Florida native and Kevin moved here when a small boy. In our 46 years, we've lived in 9 cities in Florida and they all have something special, mainly Friends!

Oceanfront Balcony w/3 Heated pools in a relatively unknown area - a world away from the tourist traps and 'party' hangouts of other Florida beach areas. 30 minutes to St.Augustine, from our door.
Gorgeous Golf Courses and exclusive communities (Hammock Beach)are our neighbors on one side; environmentally protected lands on the other!
We also love the art galleries & chic European atmosphere of nearby St. Augustine --- that is, whenever we can tear ourselves away from the Beach!!

One of the last uncrowded 'true beaches' in Florida. We always walk & explore for hours - time just slips by because its so beautiful and pleasant. While biking (BYOB: bring your own Bike!) the trail or walking the beach, We've seen: peacocks,turtles, starfish, DOLPHINS, Florida bobcat (@Washington Oaks Park), Eagles and more. Not to mention shells, starfish, and crabs. And yet, I've Only seen 4 jellyfish, total! in 20 yrs. Another benefit: NO driving on the beach. (go to Daytona for that).
