Kaunis huoneisto yhdessä uusimmista rakennuksista lähinnä rantaa - vain korttelin päässä siitä. Rakastat sitä, koska on näkymät, terassi, yksityiset katolla varustetut mukavuudet, kuten uima-allas, poreallas, ulkosuihku, kuntosali, iso kokoontumistila, johtajatyylinen pöytä ja keittiö, jossa on sisäänrakennettu Wolf Grill. Lisää siihen mukavuus kaikkeen. Sen sijainti tunnetaan ravintoloista ja yöelämästä. Lauantaisin, kauden aikana, aukiolla on upeat ulkomarkkinat tuoreimmille hedelmille ja vihanneksille. Ajoneuvoa ei tarvita loman aikana, koska julkinen liikenne on aivan oven takana milloin haluat.

Tässä huoneistossa on upea terassi, joka kiertyy rakennuksen ympärille, joka on suunniteltu sellaiseksi, että voi astua ulos mistä tahansa huoneesta ja nauttia upeista näkymistä. Itse asiassa ei ole ikkunoita! Liukuvat lasiseinät, jotka avattaessa luovat upean ulkona, suuremman tunteen koko asuintilaan. Se on kuin eläminen ulkona. Meillä on ollut se koristeltu vilkkain kirkkain onnellisin värein, mikä osoittaa niin Meksikon vanhaa kulttuuria, mutta nykyaikaisella hohdolla luomalla virtauksen, joka sekoittaa nämä kaksi. Huoneisto on tarkoitettu 2-4 hengen nukkumismahdollisuudelle. Queen-vuode makuuhuoneessa, taitettava kaksinkertainen olohuoneessa.

Johtohenkilöstömme tapaavat ja tervehtivät sinua saapuessaan. Olen poissa, mutta kiinteistönhoitajani pitävät sinusta hyvää huolta. Jos haluat ylimääräisen siivouspalvelun, se voidaan lisätä pientä maksua vastaan.
Lisäksi itse rakennukseen kuuluu paikan päällä tapahtuva hallinta ja turvallisuus.
Voimme perustaa lentokenttäkuljetuksen, jos haluat, samoin kuin markkinat pysähtyä matkallesi. Jopa erilaisia aktiviteetteja ja / tai seikkailuja voidaan järjestää ennen saapumistasi yksinkertaisesti ilmoittamalla meille.
Et todella tarvitse autoa täällä. Jos löydät itsesi haluavan jotain, joka on kauempaa kuin haluat kävellä, on takseja, jotka voidaan terveyttää sekunnin varoituksella kadulla, jos haluat todella tuntea kulttuurin, lohkossa on bussipysäkki josta pääsee melkein mihin tahansa, kun bussimatka maksaa noin 7,5 pesoa, (noin senttiä).

We really enjoyed out stay

This gem of a condo was a treat to stay at! Very comfortably decorated as the pictures show. The condo lives larger due to the great corner terrace. Excellent location and wonderful rooftop. Yes, it's a busy/noisy corner with 3 good restaurants below and while the noise may bother some, we enjoyed the music and people watching. We had no issues sleeping once the patio doors were closed. Excellent communication with the host and management. We definitely hope to stay here again!

Amazing Location

Wonderful Experience

The entire experience was wonderful. We will definitely be back. The location is great. It is just a couple of blocks from the beach, and the night clubs are approximately 5 blocks away. There are really good Restraunts near by. The owner answered all of our questions and the property management contact - Lupita - was so nice to work with.

Wonderful Accommodations in Great Location!

The condo and the property amenities exceeded our expectations. We were concerned about the noise level but it was not an issue for us. We enjoyed listening to the live music coming from Margarita Grill from our balcony. Great location with numerous restaurants and bars in a 3 block area. We would love to stay here again!

Great Location

The condo is very nice with a great location to restaurants and the beach. The rooftop is wonderful and the building in general is very nice. Lupita was wonderful to work with during checkin. The noise from Margarita Grill can get to be a bit much at night. Overall it was a nice stay and Heidi was very nice. It would be nice if there was one or two English channels on the TV.

Great condo in Romantic Zone

Nice accomodations with beautiful deck and view. Rooftop infinity pool is great spot for watching sunsets and cooling off. Restaurants, beach and Malecon all within walking distance. Owner Heidi and property manager Lupita were very nice and helpful.

The apartment was perfect for three people. Excellent location. We had an amazing time. I loved the fact that just going downstairs I had everything; coffee, margaritas, restaurants (best taco Al pastor down the street),etc. Beautiful view from the roof top and perfect accommodations to relax and swim.

Amazing!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect for walking around the Malecon area and sightseeing. The condo is exactly as advertised and perfect for 2 people. The environment was not quiet around the condo but my husband and I were still able to relax and definitely enjoy ourselves. Most mornings we sat out on the patio and enjoyed a coffee. The roof top pool did not disappoint, there were some spectacular sunsets and fireworks from there. We spent 12 days and did a lot of walking and sightseeing from Yelapa to Sayluita and used the local transit to get around. We would definitely recommend going to The Pancake House for breakfast it is amazing and grabbing a Margarita from The Margarita Grill! Thank you Heidi for renting us your home for our vacation!

Very Nice Condo!

This condo is well appointed, with the balcony being it's best feature. It's on the 3rd floor, on the busiest street, so street noise is to be expected. We enjoy the vibe of this and the noise ends by 11 or shortly after so sleeping is great. Unfortunately for ALL the rentals in this section of Old Town, is the construction going on in a huge complex. It's very wearing to hear the jackhammers all day long so we kept our balcony time to early mornings, their breaks and evenings. With the patio doors closed, the sound was fine. The pool in this building is gorgeous with fabulous views. Again, the jackhammers....but it was facinating to watch them working on top of the building. We will definitely rent here again because the location, amenities, owner and managers are all great.

You can't get more central to the Romantica Zone

The building is in an ideal location. It's close to the beach and restaurant district and not far from all the nightclubs. We had a great time. If you go to sleep early, be aware that you hear loud music from the nearby restaurants. We enjoyed it, but it might be a bit much for those seeking a quiet spot.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was perfect for me as I spent days at the beach and nights out on the town. I read other reviews about the street noise but it never bothered me. Great choice for a solo traveler.

We appreciated Host Heidi’s contact with us prior to our stay in PV. We also appreciated the timely responses from the managers Roger and Pepi. . Any questions or problems were addressed in a courteous and timely way. We also appreciated having a weekly maid cleaning service. It took a bit of time to adjust to the loud street music until 1:30 am. We got used to it in time. The appliances and furniture were good. The dishwasher did a poor job of cleaning and was temperamental. We did, however love the rooftop saline pool. It was a great place to watch the whales showing off in Banderas bay. We loved being in old town and the close proximity to the park and Saturday’s open market. And great restaurants.—all within easy walking distance. We would stay there again.

Perfect Location

This condo is a short walk to all the great shops, restaurants, bars, and the beach. The pool is beautiful with a stunning view. The condo is clean and a good size for 2 people. Be aware that the condo faces a very popular bar so the music is playing all day.

Communication was a mess from the start. Management wasn’t sure who would meet us day one, one of 3 persons. Upon arrival, the unit was hot and smelled of cigarette smoke. Listed as non smoking, but there is an ashtray on the patio for guests to use. After management left, the issues with this unit became apparent. Soiled bedding, the pillows and mattress topper were heavily stained with urine and other bodily fluids. dirty walls, thick dust on the headboard and behind the bed, clogged shower drain, dirty dishes, dirty cutlery, dirty drapery, dirty throw cushions with food and pet hair, problems with the washing machine, hot water in the kitchen, AC unit in the bedroom didn’t work due to a tripped breaker, the dishwasher did not work and was never fixed. I spoke with the owner directly, who offered to have a bedspread shipped to replace the soiled one. She indicated that management had sent the one currently on the bed out it to have the stain boiled out of it, but that it did not remove the stain. We washed the bedspread and miraculously the stain was gone, leaving us to believe it was never cleaned. There was never an offer to have housecleaning come back in to clean. The maid came after the second week but many things were still left unclean. The bedding she placed on the bed this time, had blood stains on them. Other issues to be aware of are, Management entering the suite without notice, and being very slow to reply or acknowledge emails. You could wait up to a week. We have stayed in this building before, and have stayed at numerous properties in the Romantic Zone for over a decade with no issues. This is the only time I have felt it necessary to warn others.

Functional 1BR with a view of the bay and a nice oversized wrap-around patio. Furnishings and decor are basic. Location in the heart of activity, however the repetitive and loud music can get annoying. There is, however, a small noise cancelling machine provided.

Modern Digs

Great condo in the middle of everything. We stayed for ten days and really enjoyed the convenience of being right on Basillo Street. Restaurants, pubs, convenience stores and the beach are all right there. A mere 1 block walk and you’re having breakfast with your feet in the sand or enjoying your favorite cocktail at one of the dozens of bars or restaurants in the area. The rooftop pool area was our go to spot everyday after hanging at the beach. Heidi is a great host, providing us valuable info and suggestions for places to dine, transportation options and shopping options. She was quick to respond to any questions that we had. Some have mentioned the noise from the street and local pubs. If that is a concern, perhaps Old Town is not the place for you. But if you like the vibe of Old Town and want to have it right outside your door, this is a great spot.

Great location and unit. It is noisy even with the doors shut at times, though the music across the street stops at 1 a.m. So for some that may be an issue, especially if you go to bed early. Was more of an issue for one of us than both but would not keep us from staying here again.

For our price range this is the best place we’ve ever stayed!

Bill and I are ages 78 and 67 respectively. We stayed in this Condo last week, 2/28- 3/8/19. We loved the condo and the location! Everything was clean and all paper products were provided. The toaster is very efficient and the hairdryer is of professional quality. Both Heidi and the building managers were a joy to work with! Everyone was helpful and responsive. The noise, which was considered a negative by other guests, was not a problem for us. We experienced endless enjoyment from the large corner balcony and I found myself telling people that we had front row seats for people watching and the evening fireworks show. There were Mariachi Bands, Indigenous Dancers, and an endless array of other performances. A fellow named Rambo is known throughout the neighborhood. He was especially entertaining with his combination dance and traffic control in the intersection. He was quite effective with his traffic directing! There is Fabulous food within steps of the unit. Our favorite was Da Simone for Italian, right around the corner. We loved it so much that we went back on our last night. There is Outstanding music, Blues and Swing, right up the street at Nacho Daddy! We went there twice, as well. Of note, however, is the fact that the entire city is struggling with its infrastructure against all the recent development. Nothing was said by either Heidi or the manager, but I quickly noticed signs in the restrooms of bars and restaurants cautioning against flushing paper unless necessary. Since our return, there has actually been a rather unfortunate sewage spill near an estuary in the area. That being said, there is absolutely no plumbing issue in this building. Another point is that the rooftop pool is saline and the tile is light green, so don’t be alarmed that it’s not blue in color like those in other buildings nearby. It’s marvelous! All in all, we had the time of our lives and would rent this unit again without hesitation, Joan and Bill Knutsen, Kirkland, WA

Spacious & well-equipped

Centrally located in "Los Muertos beach area. New high-rise building with top floor pool and exercise room. Pleasant, helpful staff. Every tool a cook would desire in the kitchen. Detailed written instructions for operating TV would be helpful for non-tech types.
